Disney's Beach Club Resort

I wasn't really impressed with anything at the resort. Our room looked as though it had been through the ringer with scratched up furniture. The room never had that just cleaned feeling even after it was cleaned. It was on the dark side. Their garden view was a tiny balcony that looked at the tops of trees. The pool area was packed couldn't even find a chair to sit on. The dining options at the hotel were not really good. Even the pier for the ferry service was in repair and not available. On the day of check-in when we arrived at the hotel it was 1:30 and didn't get into our room till almost 4:30! Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. I wouldn't chose this location again. Just not impressed at all.

The hotel was great and the service was just amazing!!! all staff were there to assist us a made sure that we were ok. I recommentcd this hotel to everyone and we are counting on going back this summer.

Came for the Disney marathon. Great location and very easy to get to all necessary locations!

overall, ok services; sometimes, the service is off due to knowledge limitation of the staff. the airline check in from the hotel is lame;

We were there for a leisurely weekend to enjoy the terrific pool but the resort has changed many rules and none are for the better. Now they restrict you from even being near the pool until 9 and both days they opened the pool late. By the time the pool did actually open, it was like a stampede w/guests pushing and shoving to get a lounge chair. It was all very uncivilized. The walls are really thin in this hotel, doors too and the guests are rude with the level of talking they do while walking up and down the halls. Nevermind the kids whose parents allow them to run and scream as they return or leave their rooms. Also, their isn't good coffee to be found anywhere and the store that sells breakfast is like Grand Central Station but with no order. Its complete chaos in there. We also killed three bugs while in the room and one moth.

I would definately stay here again. This was our first stay at a Disney hotel and it was just as we had hoped it would be. The pool is the best! Our 2 year old loved all the sand and the fact that he could actually stand and walk in the water in his area. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. We had no problems checking in or out and our room was cleaned very well everyday. The only complaint I have is the need for more quick service dining pics. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very limited in the market for quick dining. Not everyone wants to eat at a buffet everyday for breakfast and dinner. Although the food at the buffet was excellent it would be nice to have a few quicker and cheaper options. Overall though, a small detail compared with everything else here. We had a very relaxing and fun vacation at the Beach Club.

Everything about the stay at Beach Club was great. Transport to and from airport, and to and from the parks. All the staff was helpful. The only downside was food prices at the Cape May Cafe and Beaches and Cream

Hotel rooms are very nice. The hotel was very noisy. It is a family hotel with a great location to Epcot, and Boardwalk. The pool is great. Our kids had a great time at this hotel. We stayed here after our Disney cruise. We had to wait all day to check into our room...knowing we had been on there ship and they provided transportation. They did not put us as a priority at all. This was a dissapointment. Also the food at this hotel is super expensive.I think it is pricey , but got a super deal on[...]! I would recommend this hotel and consider staying here again.Ask for a room closer to the pool area, they have there rooms very spread out and you could be walking for a very long time.

Amazing service from all of the cast memebers. Each night bonfire, s'mores and a movie. It could not have been more perfect. My son loved the babysitting area and it gave me a few hours to myself.
