Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

We were told a continental breakfast was to be included in the price of the hotel and upon checkin they told us it was not available. Very disappointed!!

We stayed at this hotel on a 1 day trip to Disney, and it served our needs perfectly. The price was extremly good, and we have season tickets, so parking was a breeze. The rooms have been recently up-dated, and they are clean and comfortable.My only compaint is that the towels are super thin, but for the price, I wasn't complaining at all.We would definitely return... a special thanks to [...] who was so helpful at check-in!

The front desk could have been a little more friendly ..the room was fine.

Disappointed with the housekeeping staff. They did not restock the room with coffee, and toiletry supplies. On three occasions we needed to walk to the office for supplies. Other than that, the room very quiet and comfortable. The advertised breakfast special was not available, lessor value coupons were provided, but the food did not look appetizing and as we were mobile, we ate elsewhere.

The hotel itself was great. It had lovely rooms and GREAT air conditioning. The view of Epcot's fireworks from the 5th floor was fabulous. What was not so fabulous, though, was the shuttle bus to the theme parks. Often they were late, full or non-existant. We had 2 experiences which led us to decide that we would stay at a Disney hotel next time. We were also literally next to the freeway I-4. It was quite loud and could be heard all night long. The hotel was also host to several touring groups of at least 50 participants each. They quite crowded the restaurant and the lobby. Also, the breakfast was $8.99 per person with a $4.00 off coupon each day. It was reasonable (not free) and the food was adequate. The dinners were not as appetizing as the breakfast and we chose most often to go out to nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience, but Disney does it better and we will remember that next time.

I like the privacity and the location. Very close to the parks.

Went to Orlando for some Disney family fun. Unfortunately I was looking for a cheap room to offset the cost of Disney World Prices. Compared to Disney Resorts that I have stayed at before, this motel did not compare. I found a spider in my bed, a soda can from the previous guest under the chair and someone else's weave on supposedly "clean" towels. We did not even dare go into the pool. The hotel is located right near a highway and we could hear the trucks go by. Also, the service was not very friendly, or accomadating. [...] I was very dissappointed in the hotel. I do not recommend this place.
