Great place to stay in Disney area
This was a great experience from start to finish. The location was great for doing a theme park trip. The shuttle service made it very easy to get around and not worry about parking. The shuttle operators were very professional and helpful to an out of towner like me. The hotel staff was very good, a reception desk clerk even helped me get my WiFi working. The staff at Kook's Sports Bar was very good and made me feel at home. Great food also. The room was very clean and very comfortable after a long day of walking. Cool pool area also.

A nice short walk to Downtown Disney. If you like to go out at night, there should be something there for you. The shuttle service can take you as well.

Very nice room
I was only here for the night to attend a friend's birthday party. For the price, I was not expecting such a nice room. The service was excellent and the room was more what I would expect from a place that costs 3 times more. Steep parking cost, but everything else was great.

no complaints, but no raves either
I stayed at this hotel as a layover. it is a very clean and modern hotel, but the staff weren't the friendliest. you really have to go out of your way to get their attention and even then service was only ok. traffic gets a little crazy since it's in the middle of a big plot of hotels close to the theme parks. it would be good for families that need to stay close to the parks. it's not a hotel that I would rave about, just a standard hotel with a decent price.
