Great
The room was excellent and the fact that pool was open for 24 hours was a major plus. The only downside were the shuttles going to and from the the Disney Parks. They were often late and when they did come early, they would stay for ten seconds and not wait for other possible passengers. Other than that my stay was quite enjoyable.

initial impression
Initially we entered the convention portion of the hotel and it smelled a little moldy. The room also smelled moldy as well initially. We opened the door and turned on the air conditioner and the smell subsided completely. Overall it was very clean, a great location (5 min. from Disney) and a good price. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous location
This hotel has a great location without the "Disney" price tag. Our room was beautiful. I only gave them (4) stars as I always like to leave room for improvement...no hotel will ever be perfect, but they were close! thanks! I already booked my next getaway with them...

Great for Value
We spent 2 nights. We were put in the lower highrise which meant some walking to services in the main building. There are 2 pools although the bigger pool was not heated and quite cold even in June. We could walk to Downtown Disney and the free bus service to Magic Kingdom was quick and easy. The only negative was the room shower which shot out water the felt like your body was being sandblasted. We ended up not even using the room shower the second day because it just hurt too much.

Amazing!
The room view the first two nights was excellent! The last two we overlooked trees but we wanted the cheapest room! The staff was nice and pleasant. Perfect location as far as privacy and still being around action. We looked and drove around to all hotels and this was by far the best for the price. Will be going back :)

Great location
Great location in downtown Disney, but room was a bit dirty and the refrigerator was broken and full of mold. It looked like it had not been clean in weeks. Not sure what else they overlook when cleaning a room.

Five Star Experience
Awesome stay at this hotel on a recent trip to Florida. We travel frequently and will certainly stay here again when we travel to the Orlando area. The hotel staff and accommodations were excellent. We also enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall a great value with exceptional service.
