This full service resort offers a number of unique and convenient services, such as continuous, complimentary transportation to all of the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Gift Shop onsite for Disney tickets and memorabilia an outdoor heated pool, an electronic game room, fitness room, Trader's-a delightful onsite restaurant, Pizza Hut Express and The Parakeet Internet Cafe' located in the lobby.

Downtown Disney Hotel
Not bad hotel for the price and location. Disney busses run every 30 minutes to the parks, but takes awhile to get anywhere due to stopping at 2 other hotels on the way to the parks and busses are always going to 2 parks. The room had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. Comfortable bed. Just an average hotel.

Family vacation
Hotel is average, room was average. Pool was cold with no hot tub. bus service provided to disney was ok going to park but coming back at night there were may to many people and only one bus.

Great proximity to Downtown Disney and the Parks
My wife and I had a great experience and the people there were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Early checkin was not a problem. It has great proximity to downtown disney (within a short walk) and the parks (free shuttles provided every 30 min.)

Excellent value, great location.
I needed a room for a one-night stay for a work conference and I could not be happier with my decision. Staff was very friendly, the lobby was clean and well lit, beds were extremely comfortable (first time in months I have woken up with no back pain), and the elevators were plentiful and fast (got up to the 17th floor in a flash). I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great!! Convenience at your fingertips. All u can eat breakfast buffet , with discount coupon that the hotel provides you upon check in. Next to downtown disney, close to the parks, they sell disney tickets ( no line, no wait). Would stay again ... Great experience

You get what yu pay for
Check it was ok but they kept trying to sale us time shares. Decent walking distance to pizza hut , buffalo wild wings , mcdonalds & taco bell . GREAT location for catching the bus . Bus stop is right out front of the hotel .

Overnight Stay
The room was acceptable and clean and a few minutes walking distance from downtown disney. The shower continually went from scalding hot to ice cold without even touching the knob...boy that was annoying. The buffet breakfast offerings left a bit to be desired. I found a wire in my eggs that appeared to be from some type of griddle brush. The employees at the buffet kept quoting us different prices for the cost. The hotel receptionist said it was $10.99, the hostess said it was $11.99 and the waiter stated it was $12.99. We were charged the $12.99 and were precharged a 15% tip for a party of 2. I can understand why the precharged tip since i'm guessing many foreign travelers may not be familiar with American tipping customs but I personally usually give more than 15% unless it's already on the bill. it seemed like the room service breakfast would have been a better deal. The prices were better strangely enough.
