Loved this place. We always enjoy staying in villa's compared to hotel rooms and this time was no exception. The room was very nice, the bedroom was better. Jaccuzi bathtub, walk in shower, mirrors everywhere. The only thing that sucked was that check out was at 10am, we would have like to sleep in a bit more. We will be using this place again.

starting the New Years right
Celebrating the New Years 2012 In Disney. We arrived late on the Dec. 31st and the staff was helpful in getting us organized and into our room in a speedy fashion, so we can get an early start in the morning . The suite was clean and room temperature was perfect. We requested an additional rollaway and it was delivered immediately with clean linen. I will request this resort to all my family and friends.

wake up call
Everything was great nice rooms very very clean. only one thing to complain about. After going out my las night in Orlando I called for a wake up call at about 2am for a 5am wake up. well come to my suprise there was no call. i did wake up at 430am myself.

Amazing hotel
I recommend the 1 bedroom king it is beautiful has a full kitchen, washer dryer, living room dining area. I loved this vaccation spot cant wait to go back!

Quick Visit
Had a very nice stay at the Star Island Resort. The room was clean. We did call and request additional towels and they were delievered within a half an hour! Will stay again.

Weekend getaway
Was not pleased that the hotel nickel and dimed me to death. You had to pay extra for room service and to use the internet. Could not believe that they would charge for that. The sheet we had on our bed where stained. And the cute jacuzze bath tub had a ring around it. Did like having a patio and did enjoy the tub after it was cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked, but every thing that was on the list of items in kitchen, was not there. We where missing a few things. Air conditioner work really well! Got to love that.

Should Stayed Longer
Had a blast the 2 nights we were there. The pool area was great and the drinks at the pool side bar were pricey but good. The snackbar was very reasonably priced, parking was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very cleadn

HOTEL WAS AWFUL
IT WAS AWFUL THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR HOUSEKEEPING AND EVEN TO GET FRESH TOWELS $9 DOLLARS TO $40 DOLLARS A DAY FROM TOWELS TO HOUSEKEEPING LOCAL CALL IN TOWN WERE ALSO CHARGED. AND THEN THEY EXPECTED US TO SPEND 3 HOURS OF OUR TIME TO CONVINCE US IN A TIME SHARGE ITS LIKE LIVING IN OUR OWN HOME. PEOPLE GO ON VACATION TO HAVE BEDS AND TOWELS DONE BY BUSINESS NOT BY PURCHASER.
