South Lake Buena Vista Suites at Calypso Cay Resort

Staff was very helpful when you asked for something, however my room was getting cleaned everyday around 330. I am use to rooms getting cleaned in the morning.

When I arrived at 5 didn't have a room ready. Not enough linen, towels, just a complete mess... Villas were nice hotel....No

The people were very nice and answer every question that we had and believe me my 9yr old had a lot of questions. The maids were nice they cleaned our rooms just how we liked it. The pools, game room, and golf course kept the kids busy.

We stayed in one of the King Villas and it was great. The villa was really nice. The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was very quick. When we arrived, our TV in the livingroom was not working, I called guest services and they had another one brought up within the hour. We only had 1 towel when we arrived, I called down and a big bag of assorted towels was brought to me. The pools and tiki bars are great. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Florida.

only problem was the bed it was just too soft. not enough pillows. i didn't like the tile floors in the living room. other than those small complaints I am really being picky.

I thought it as a great hotel with great amenities for the money. It was very accomadating and I waqs a little scared after reading some the the reviews but it turned out great . The breakfas t was good and the pools great. room was fine , The shuttle service was good. Newspaper every days cookies at night, computer to use in the lobby. Wifi did not work so good in room on 7th floor. But great experience overall.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel was nice. Very close to excellent golf and the attractions. Will go again:-)

The staff did not speak. Our room was not cleaned two days in a row. The breakfast food was cold. I would not recommend it to another person. We had to pay an additional $80.00 besides the $75.00. That was not in the contact.

The pictures on the web site is not what you get. The villa was very hot when we checked in. We tried to turn the A/C on and it wasn't even blowing any air, so I called the front desk and they sent two guys to look at it and was told it froze over. so we left it off all night hoping it would work the next day and it didn't. I called again the next morning and told them to fix this or move us, they did get it fixed but only lasted 7 more days before it froze over again. the couch looked as if it was picked up at a garage sale, as well as how uncomfortable it was to sit on it. The wicker chairs at the dinning table where all broken, had holes on the seating part. Sheets did not fit on any of the beds, they kept coming off, it was as if they have shrinked. The music in the parking lot played til midnight and very loud, you could hear it every night, and sounded like the people next door were having a party every night. I'm still trying to figure out what the $150 resort fees where for. Never got our room cleaned, never got replacement clean sheets, and never got replacment clean towels. so what did this money go to? I have stayed at plenty of places but this one was not what it seemed to be with the false pictures they use to suck you in to thinking this is a nice place.

The location is great. The villas are spacious, clean, comfortable. It was very nice. This website failed to let me know there was a 150.00 deposit required before check-in. Other than that, we had had a great time.
