Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. The stroller set will not be disappointed by the extras either. Kids can look forward to a dungeon-themed video arcade on site.

Good value in close proximity to Disneyworld
The hotel is well maintained and clean despite its exterior motel appearance. The proximity to the Disney parks is a great plus. The Vineyard Cafe offers a great deal for breakfast at $8 per adult and kids eat free.

Good Value for the Money
Kitty (I believe that was her name) at the front welcome station was wonderful with my 8 y/o son. They need to clone her because the front desk staff was awful. After a long day at the park I had car trouble. Called the hotel to ask if I could take the shuttle. Clerk said I had an hour to pick it up at Disney World. 2 buses and a monorail ride later I discover she should have told me to go to the transportation center. $30 cab ride home :( The shuttles were unreliable when we tried to take them home from the parks and I heard similar stories from other guests.

Great for the price.
The staff were great. Always ready to assist in whatever is needed. Cleaning staff were on top of everything. The location was perfect, minutes from all attractions.

only one complaint
MY only complaint about my stay would be the staff. We left my husbands school book in the room after we checked out and were only gone ten minutes when we realized it. we immediately called them to see if they could find it and continued to eat breakfast. An hour later they still hadn't bothered calling us back. we left Disney early and went to the hotel to see if they had bothered looking for it. Come to find out they hadn't. It then took 30 mins for a security officer to show up and go check the room. My husband asked if he could go with him since he knew what the book looked like and they refused to allow him to go. I personally saw the security guard go around the corner from the office and park and sit in his car. He then drove around to the front again and told them the book wasn't there. By this time it wasn't worth it to us to bother anymore with a staff that was clearly incompetent. We will not be back because your staff is dishonest and lazy. This is why i marked them so low even though everything else is great. You have to have a good staff regardless of everything else.

Good experience for a short stay
The staffs are nice and friendly and the room is clean. The location is good and there was shuttles running from the hotel to the attractions. The Internet kinda didn't work with my ipad but it didn't bother much since not much time spend online with all fun attractions around.

a weekend to forget
not nice at all, who said 3 stars for a room with roaches and other crawler, very 70's needs too much updated from the doors to the shawars. I will not bring any of my family or friends to this place. next time I will go for better or well known places.
