Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. The stroller set will not be disappointed by the extras either. Kids can look forward to a dungeon-themed video arcade on site.

Good experience for a short stay
The staffs are nice and friendly and the room is clean. The location is good and there was shuttles running from the hotel to the attractions. The Internet kinda didn't work with my ipad but it didn't bother much since not much time spend online with all fun attractions around.

a weekend to forget
not nice at all, who said 3 stars for a room with roaches and other crawler, very 70's needs too much updated from the doors to the shawars. I will not bring any of my family or friends to this place. next time I will go for better or well known places.

Don't stay here!
This hotel should be condemned! Unsanitary and disgusting! Smelly room as soon as you walk in. Old linens, towels, old mattresses, dirty carpet, roaches crawling around, broken furniture, hair in the tub and sink area. Scary nasty drunk people walking all over the property, Not safe. Lack of concern from employees when a complaint is made. Don't stay here. There are many other hotels in the area for the same or better price value that are cleaner friendlier and healthier.

great family vacation
Seralago was clean courteous, and very convenient, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go and the free shuttle was also a bonus. the prices are very good, there is a resort charge we did not know about but it was 5.65 so no big deal. we even got the room for a extra night.

there is a fun village a few bloks away they have shopping, dining and entertainment. would also recomend some of the gift shops. they have disney souvenirs a little cheaper. they whole experience was festive and fun

Nice Hotel
This was a very nice hotel. The room was very nice and clean and a very good szie. I enjoyed swimming at the pool and the shuttles to Disney. Just wish they had shuttles that were more frequent. I also wish that ofered a free breakfast. It was a great idea to have a food court and a poolside bar. 'They gave you a wide variety of choices. Overall, it was a nice place to stay

Son's basketbal tournament
The suit was nice. The singles was a little small for my teenage boys. The staff was friendly, things for the kids to do. My teaenage boys enjoyed being next to old town to explore. We did not get to use much of the amenities due to sons basketball tournament.
