Rent a Villa

They advertise as a Fantastic getaway from home but it's not. And you needs to know since you all booked it also you are advertising they property. I can list many things that needs to be update and repaired. First of all the yard needed to be cut you had trash in the yard and the garbage can. the house need to be sprayed the kitchen counter was full of baby spriders and the whole house was full of dust. They have poor housekeeping also the tv wasn't showing channels had to call rent a villa afterhour service. In the master bedroom in the hot tub a frog was in it and last but not least the poor area was dirty and not safe the screen had holes and the doors would not lock. I contacted management about the complaints that day i arrive also after the trip was over know one has contacted me to yet to apologize about the problems you needs to do a follow up on that property before they book it to another family.

I was visiting from out of town for a bodybuilding competition. I found this home to be clean and quiet. It had everything I needed. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only thing I would change about my experience is that this place needs a big bathtub. There was only one tub in the house and it was so small. The temp in the house should be cooler also. Other than that it was a great place!

Our stay was amazing. The only thing our Villa did'nt have was food. We were so comfortable we felt like we were at home. We were also surprised to find 2 Master bedrooms, which made my mother in law quite happy! I will definitly suggest anyone traveling with family to Rent a Villa Rene Valdez, Houston TX

Rent a Villa is a broker for several resorts in the Orlando area. Dealing with Rent a Villa was easy and trouble free. The resort we stayed at was Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This is a townhouse resort, and each unit is individually owned. The resort facilities were excellent. My granddaughters lived in the lazy river when we weren't at a park. Location is great. Since each unit is individually owned, the furnishings and decor varies. Our unit was a little worse for wear, but nevertheless serviceable. Mattresses were particularly poor. Thankfully we were so tired at the end of each day that mattress comfort was not an issue. Otherwise the unit was fully equipped and to our surprise was actually 4 bedrooms, not the 3 that was advertised. There's a grocery next to the resort with several strip mall restaurants and stores. Very handy. Best of all was the price. Seven of us stayed there with room to spare for $74 a night after a 15% discount. Wow! Would definitely recommend.

I was happy that they were able to book us so late but you could tell that they were rushing. When we went in the lining was still in the wash and had not been dryed and some of the bed lining was still dirty on the bed. However, My children loved beening able to swim when they wanted and as late as they wanted. One of the doors had an alarm on it so everytime you opened it the alarm sounded. The house was also very warm to us.

Everything was perfect except for check in. They had me drive about 45 mins only for them to forget to leave me the keys! Other than that the property was OUTSTANDING!

all beds are very poor, headboards wobble on all beds, very uncomfortable and no support on the all the beds also. all household items and linen looked very old and worn "some linen with holes in them""tv is very outdated, brought labtop so i could hook up and play movies, but tv is like 15 years or older and who still has a VCR??" all your items looked as if they were supplied by the Goodwill.

Initially, I was a little sketchy about the management company because I could not get a hold of anyone after calling the office 3 days(weekdays) in a row.I had to contact Eagle Management to pay the required deposits and was finally able to reach someone by e-mail.Later, a staff member gave me a call after back and forth e-mails and told me I couldn't pay by phone, payments were accepted online only.I think that is a little absurd since they were so hard to reach, why not just take the payment and give me the info I need to check in?Typically I stay in the Kissimee area, and this home was actually in Davenport, which is pretty isolated from the Orlando area.Not many restaurants around, and it is not as close to Disney parks as I was told. The home was visually appealing from the exterior, but the moment you walk in it smells like pet urine.The decor was really nice, but the stools at the bar were shaky and one was broken.The televisions in the loft area and in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the tub in the master on the second level had a slow drain so as I showered I was standing in water.I loved the way the management company listed in the check out procedures to put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it(you have to buy your own dishwashing liquid),pull the trash can to the front corner if it's trash day,and bring all linens down to the laundry area and start a load of clothes(you have to buy detergent too)to help the cleaning staff out!I am not at all opposed to cleaning up after myself, and will do it without being told.However,I should not be required to pay a cleaning fee if I'm doing all of the cleaning!! Overall, this home served its purpose for our Christmas stay, but I would not do business with Eagle Management or stay at their properties again due to the fact that the initial customer service and support was not available for what turned out to be a mediocre property.

we rented a 5 bedroom home it was comfortable enough to fit 11 people but the beds were very hard the house was clean but my house did not have the sleeper sofa I requested. Staff is friendly. Didn't get a chance to jump in the pool bc it was cold and to get the pool heated was an extra charge and it took 24-48 hours to heat. Only 2 towels per room. Great price home was clean and beautiful. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
