Magical Memories Villas - Disney Area

Thiis is a older timeshare place ,however they are large and roomy compaired to other places we have stayed. You will be required to pay a cleaning fee if you book though this site though about 100$ for your stay. Also the firehall is across the road which is handy if you need them but can be noisy 3-4 times a day.

We arrived at townhouse and I decided to look at the sheets on the beds and ALL of them had hair, and not from your hair. The sheets looked liked they weren't even washed! On top of that they made me pay a $90 cleaning fee! At least clean the room properly. I'm still waiting for a call back from the "cleaning supervisor." Two thumbs down!

Good location. Gated community felt very safe. If the air conditioning worked in the villa I would have given 4 or 5 stars. 90 dollar cleaning fee when u check in. thats not for daily cleaning. Its for cleaning when you leave. Overall, was a big, roomy, clean villa to stay in. Would stay there again.

The condo was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very close to DisneyWorld and only 10 minutes from Universal Studios and other sites. Also close to many restaurants and other shopping. The price was awesome for what we got!

They did not provide the king bed as requested, upgraded me from a 1 bed to a 3 bed without letting me know (the cleaning fee is higher, so I assume this is the reason) Unit did not have WIFI, no lighting at front door or on patio/possible security issue. The bed that was provided was like something you would toss in the trash. The staff is very rude and they are considered sales so if you try to voice a complaint you will get no where. Would not recommend this to anyone. I have stayed in Orlando many times and this was the worse, you will get alot of lousy beds for the money but that is all.

bed sheet has many yellow stains !!! (good thing was the washer and dryer worked); the suite has strong air refreshener smell; microwave oven works but not clean and with cracks; the suite charged extra $90 due to rental less than 6 days - did not mentioned when booked online from flight ticket seller.

Suite was large, comforting and inviting. Just like home. Upgraded our room when we arrived, a nice surprise. Had event tickets delivered to hotel, ticket agent put wrong name on envelope, staff was able to sort that out for us. Quick drive (5 min) to stores, restaurants, old town, groceries, flee markets, pharmacy, discount tickets, miniature golf etc.

We love the unit we stay in, as well as the great manager of this Hotel. Every single time we have stayed here, we have enjoyed it immensely, due to the spacious unit and the friendly staff. It is always a great experience we can count on.

Magical Memories Villas was very nice. The interior decorating was beautiful. All the anemities were very practical. We didn't need to go out and buy too much. The condo was well kept and clean. The rooms were large enough to move around comfortably. The only thing I would have liked changed was the televisions. All 3 were too small. The living room was the biggest, but still a tad too small. I'm sure some of the other condo's had larger t.v.'s. Also, I would have loved to have more pillows. There were no extra pillows. The cooking utensils were very flimsy and the Teflon pots were all scratched up that I was afraid to cook in them thinking pieces might shed in the food. There also should have been more toilet tissue and paper towels in supply, especially those who are staying more than a week. The reservation office was a little too far from the condo's. The office should be somewhere in the vicinity. Other than these few things, my wife and I really enjoyed the stay.

If you do not have many options left and have to go to disney and still want something decent magical memories villas are considerable. they are not the best option however not even worst. kind of worth of what you pay for. however we were fine with what we paid for it and it okay.
