Magical Memories Villas - Disney Area

Staff was basically useless. I had some requests when I checked in and they said on 3 occasions they would get back to me and they never did. Turned out the accommodations were nice however, it believe it is random as to what unit you get and where.

Very disappointed with our stay here. We had 2 separate villas and they tried putting us 10 miles apart. The website has 2 contradictory policies regarding a cleaning fee based on the length of stay; and in the end the resort wins and we had to pay it. One villa was plain and boring on the inside and the outside was painted a horrible shade of pink (Pepto Bismol would be proud). The other villa looked fine on the outside but the inside looked like it was decorated 30 years ago and never touched since. It was bad. Our fridge made weird noises and the air conditioning worked well but also sounded like it was on its last leg. I had to add an additional night to one of the villas (not at the original rate) and once you add the cleaning fees and all that we paid, we could have stayed in a nice hotel closer to where we wanted to be. Bottom line-There are too many lodging choices in this tough economy to settle for this one.

I was not informed that there would be cleaning charge >$90.00 not matter how well you keep the condition before hand.

I love this one because this is privacy are when you stay. i if when visit next time i'll reserse for next trip i go. i don't know what to say more it very perpect very good place to stay.

Large and Roomy accommodations. Low-key family home style atmosphere. Adequate kitchen. Thought we were getting a 2 bedroom condo and surprised with an upgrade to a 3 bedroom which allowed for extra room. Easy drive to all attractions.

Our stay was very comfortable for a family of 5. It was a lot better than any hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to all of the attractions. I would highly recommend Magical Memories to any family.

I have stayed with Magical Memmories Villas on numerous occasions. They are near to Walt Disney World and affordable. I have also stayed at several different properties. The condo that I stayed in this time was not as well equiped as others - no frying pan etc. but I am sure if I had called during my stay they would have bought one over.It is nice to be able to eat breakfast and sometimes dinner out of the parks. There are grocery stores, a Walmart and Target nearby. They do not provide shampoo and lotions as some condo's do so bring your own. My only other comment is that I wish there was a way to recyle at these condos as we always have tons of plastic and paper that is thrown away.

The condo was very spacious and clean. It turned out great for our family with 2 kids. We stayed in the Island of Villas whihc is 5 miles to Disney World and very close to Walmart and the supermarket. The location is great and convenient. The only thing we did not like was the strong smoky smell in the master bedroom. We had to spray air purifier to get rid of the smell. Overall, we liked the vacation condo. Just hope they can provide non smoking condo.

This is a beautiful property! The rooms are nicely furnished and everything was very clean. It was nice to come home after a long day of shopping or visiting Mickey at the parks.

Macic Memories Villas was a very nice place to stay. Very roomy. Great pool and club house. Peaceful location but close to many attractions. It was clean with the acception of the carpet. It needed cleaned. Good family spot.
