Magical Memories Villas - Disney Area

We were very dissapointed with the Villa we stayed in Kissemmee ,Fl. Magical Memories Villa , was nor worth the money we paid for . Dirty , old not taking care of place . Stained carpets ,the amenities were old and unsafe . The pool was not very pleasant . All morning from 9 am to 12 pm , there were people working around the pool , we always had to wait for them to finish . They were painting in the middle of the day , on the floors and washrooms. Not very well organized at all ! The location of our vill was beside a noisy ,smelly swamp . In the front we had the garbage dumpster , at the back we had the swamp ! The security deserted the place , it was unsafe as we were told by the people at the office , when we got the key . It was taking us a good 40 minutes from the villa all the way to west gate of Disney Attraction Parks ! We were lied by the people at the office that it will be about 10 miles from the office to our villa , and I measured the distance while driving my car , there were 30 miles ! The traffic was unbearable to go to the town , bad location , to rent a villa . They are too far from everything , not like they advertised in the flyers and the website ! This place it is more for retired people not for family with kids ! There are alot of other better places , closer , cleaner and better value for the money spent !

This was a huge disappointment! Nothing like the description! Dirty and outdated. Beds are uncomfortable and the bedding was old. There is no way this is a three star condo! Carpet coming up- and dirty. Three bedrooms and we were all fighting for the couch! There was a note on the thermastat to not go under 76 or system will break down! What! Called to be moved and was told they were filled- however, we were able to book at the same place, so they lied. We left the second day and stayed at a true 3-star hotel but ate the cost of the room to save our vacation! Because of how it's structured you may get a nice room or a nightmare room! The risk is too high! A little customer service would have gone a long way, or even a clean and updated place.

when I walked in smell was horrible, it did not look anything like pictures, bed was only a double, furniture worn out, pool was tiny, we have never been to a place like this one , no smoking resort had burn holes in furniture nail sticking out of corner protector ruined shirt,pictures looked nice not the place we were placed in.

We had previously stayed at Windsor Hills which is an elite villa so we were hopeful that Encantada would live up to that title. Sadly it did not. The pools were small. The one day we went to the hot tub, there was a trash can in the hot tub and trash all around it. The ceiling light in the condo we stayed in had the plate that should be at the ceiling, hanging halfway down the chain. Very disappointing

Wish i had something good to say about Magical Memories Appartments oh i meant Magical Memories Villas i mean it was an actual apartment complex. The rooms was lest than dersibale, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, holes in sheets to the bed. Villa that was book was not the villa that i recived. Wanted to check out at check in. There would be NO magical memories for me and my family at magical memories apartments

Rude staff, cable did not work.

Horrible! Restroom smelled like urine. Complained and left early the manager in charge did not offer money back not even half. Afraid to sleep on the sheets and get something towels were dirty. An overall disapointment there is a reason why they dont show you the inside. Next to a few trailer parks. Terrible experience

This was not a place to stay for a "family"... perhaps a group of single guys who plan to stay intoxicated the entire trip would have been happier - they might not have noticed the condition of the rooms/condo. The kitchen had all the right parts it was just very disappointingin comparison to where we stayed last year. Also, there were even electrical outlets that did not work... in the "master" bath.

It was not really a hotel, It was a condo, the beds and pillow were horrible. No Maid service. The kitchen utensil were not cleaned. We did not see if the complex had pools or not, but the way things looked, I would have never used that pools either way.

I can't say I have ever been more disappointed in accomodations. This "resort" is not a resort at all but a group of well worn town homes off the beaten path and not in a nice neighborhood. The pool is a joke - like a large bathtub. The unit was not clean (we found parts of a bagel and several grapes on the floor), the bedroom lamp and alarm clock were broken, and windows did not lock (and believe me, you want them to). It was incredibly noisy. We did not get a good nights sleep here - noisy neigbors playing basketball on the tennis courts after 12:00, several hours of helicopters flying directly overhead with search lights, noise from the unit upstairs. You could hear everything that went on in the unit above you inluding footfalls. The beds are hard and the couches harder. I felt ripped off. This is no way to spend your vacation. I won't stay here again [...].
