Legacy Vacation Homes (Disney Area Pool Homes)

We went to Florida with a 3 1/2 year old and 5 month old needing to stay in a house for a week...Legacy Vacation Homes was incredible! We paid for a 3 bedroom house and we got 4!!!! Incredible pool in the back yard with the house completely stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the alarm but called the emergency number after hours and got assistance right away. The house had an alarm on the oatio door that sounded when someone would go out to the pool which eased our worries with our 3 1/2 year old trying to go out there by himself. This house made our vacation memorable and a definate plus being only 15 minutes away from Disney World! We will definatelt recommend Legacy and will book with them in the future!

From the description we expected a newer, upscale condo or home. What we got was old, cheaply built with shabby furnishings, and in need of maintenance and an upgrade. A garbage can was on the front porch with instructions for the guests to bag and place all garbage in it and place can on street on pick up day. Threatening notes for guests were posted in condo, e.g. don't adjust thermostat or you will be charged. Condo was in small ring of what appeared to be permanent residents with drainage pond in center. A long ways from what was advertised. Cleaning fee advertised as $70 but we were billed $82 (the night before we arrived).

This was the best place I stayed so far in Florida. Perfect for big families and very affordable.

The legacy home was beyond our expectations. There were 4 bedrooms instead of 3. There were stores and shopping malls just minutes away. Everything was so conveinient. The pool was cold so just ask for heat up before you arrive. The home was the best part of our vacation.

well, the location was far away, i read the reviews and i expected to clean things by myself, but so far, it is a really good place to stay, store near by, i will stay here again the next time i go to florida, the bad stuff is that you dont have any person to talk in case of something, the pool was cold so that was a bit of waste of money. The house is really big, i really like it, i will recommend it to anyone, it is not like a hotel, they dont clean the house while your stay.

Excellent!!, my husband & I and our grandson have a wonderful experience ,the condo was well stocked and have everything we need ,except there was not enough toilet paper. We would enjoy a future visit to your property.

We were expecting to be at a house not a town house so we felt a little mislead. The house was clean but there was no extra trash bags. The water pressure was nill. The tub never had enough hot water to even come close to filling up. The biggest complaint is that there was no management there except for very limited hours in the afternoon. We were unable to use the pool due to the other teenagers in the area. On the first day we went to the pool they were sticking their hands down their pants and chasing other around telling them to smell their fingers then talking very explicitly about acts they had performed. The second day we tried again but they were having contests as to who could beat the heck out of the other. Not exactly behavior I want to deal with on my vacation or feel like I should have to play police to.

We wanted something close to Disney, so it was close enough and very roomy. It does look like new development, so there where still some things unfinished on the property, like storage unit right in the parking lot and unfinished pond. We used to leave early and come back late, so it did not bother us too much. Everything else worked just fine, but furniture downstairs could have less stains. overall is good value for the money!

We got an extremely great price because we went during the off season. The house was great and the pool was too! Try to pay for pool heat up front or in cash before you leave the condo the day you arrive. It is welll worth it during the colder months. Neighborhood was really nice and everything went great! Def stay there again :)

We stayed with three small children in a 4BR house for 4 nights. It was perfect! The private pool was a blast and it was so great to have a full kitchen and different rooms for everyone. I would go there again in a heartbeat. The house was very clean and well kept. The two queen beds weren't very comfortable, but that was our only complaint. The staff (we only needed to contact them once with a question) was quick to answer and helpful. There isn't any extra toilet paper or paper towels, but buying some toilet paper is a good tradeoff compared to having to spend 4 nights in a hotel room with all my kids! I didn't do much cooking there but the kitchen seemed stocked with enough pots and pans and utensils for any basic cooking needs.
