Baymont Inn and Suites

Almost everything went well on our vacation to Florida and our stay at Baymont was a very nice experience.Friendly staff,clean rooms and great price and location.If I had any suggestions, I would provide fruit and yogurt for breakfast.Also, the juice/coffee wasn't very good.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Room had a microwave and a refrigerator and freezer. The pool was great! So much to do nearby. Miniature golf, tons of flea market shops. So many choices of Restaurants. The only problem was I could not get Wi fi in the room, they said they were working on it. Plus make sure you get to the breakfast early, because the line gets long.

Very pleasant stay, breakfast not good but not bad, but its free so what else you can say, free wifi. Room nice frig, microwave, desk, chair, good size tv.

It is average good. you can go to three major parks by shuttle though they have have only one shuttle each day. If there is more shuttle that will be wonderful.

Decent hotel with well equipped kitchenette and relatively good location. Good value for money.

the hotel lookded nice on the outside, but was a dump on the inside. The floor was dirty and blankets on the bed. The elevators had not been cleaned in a long while. The breakfast was over at 9:00am.

Friends that stayed elsewhere were extremely jealous. Trouble was, they made me buy dinner.

The problem I had with this hotel was the bathroom. There was rust around the tub and 2 different colors of caulk in the bath tub. There was a shelf that looked like it had been soaked in water and then put back on the wall. There was also mold under the sink and on the curtains.

When I arrived I was given the wrong room and not a kid condo that I had paid for. When I went back to the desk the guy said sorry but he seemed put off by me returning. The phone in the room did not work so i could not call the desk. The tv in the kids condo did not work properly and had to be replaced the next day. That same day I had asked for a thicker blanket for our room as my wife was cold and the man at the front desk said he could not find my name in the computer and I did not exist in there hotel. I said how it that possible as I am standing infront of you and I have a room number and a room key. This went on for about 3-4 minutes and then I walked off in dis belief. Yes I did receive my blanket about 15min later but he was very very rude. And finally my wife and daughter had small bites on their lower legs from bed bugs after night 3. I did not complain because the last 2 encounters I had with the staff we troubling and I just wanted out of this hotel.

This was the worst experience we had at a hotel.The guests were very noisy at night, sometimes until 1:00 o'clock in the morning. We had one nights sleep out of five nights because of all the noise.We will never go there again. We told the hotel employee and he said " o well ! "
