Enjoyed the pleasant stay
Place was very clean. Nice pool and beachside. Not impressed with the older lady concierge as her advice and deals were not good. Could do much better on the Internet. Overall staff was excellent. A/C thermostat was faulty in room b-631.

Louis Backyard restaurant was very nice and highly recommend. Martini rest was also very good. Take the Conch train tour.

Great place ... BUT
I loved staying here. It was very clean, Staff was friendly. Room was great except that you enter your room through a foyer. Which is a nice idea but VERY noisy. I heard that door slam a lot from the other people (They weren't doing it intentionally, the door was really loud) Also no self service laundry. I was on the last leg of my trip and planned on doing a load, not the case. No self service laundry. Also, kinda weird. No self serve Ice. You have to have the ice delivered from the front desk. It is free, but they give you WAY TO MUCH ICE! I filled my camelpak, two glasses and the rest didn't even fit in the ice bucket. Overall great hotel. Would I stay there again? Yeah I would it was nice!

Not a good value
This hotel is too far from everything. Has a shuttle to Duval St. with informative drivers though. Very small room with air conditioner that blows on your head all night. No patio or balcony. Would not stay here again.

Nice Place
Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool area was awesome. Excellent and friendly staff. Had standard king room and the only complaint would be having noisy neighbors because we were able to hear doors open and close and noise in the room next to us. The shuttle downtown was a great feature.

Ahh-some!
The hotel and staff were just what I have come to expect form a Marriott... fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed and maintained very well by the housekeeping staff. We stayed in the Presidential Suite (very spacious) and it came appointed with a full kitchen which was perfect. Although the location is a bit out of town, they operate a shuttle to and from town every hour, so it is very convenient. My ONLY complaint is that their wifi signal was very weak and difficult to maintain. All-in-all a great trip... we will be back!

Wonderful vacation
Everything was perfect except the bed was too low and too soft. Otherwise the hotel offered shuttles to the town and airport and the restaurant Tavern N Town was exceptional. We only spent 15 hours away from the hotel over 4 days as we were completely content with all the amenities at the hotel

Time-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
If you are going to Key West downtown to do shopping and have dinner I would take the shuttle from this hotel in the morning to have time to catch the sights especially if you want to look at any historic homes. We left too late in the day to get in all the sights we wanted to see and so we had to drive to the same area the next day. The shuttle was real convenient, is free and I would recommend it.
