Very Comfortable
Beds are amazing and room is comfortable. Bathroom is a little small but air conditioning was FANTASTIC!

short stop in key west
loved it! staff was very helpful, and polite.loved the shuttle downtown (although the drivers were not friendly at all!) the breakfast bar was great...super waitstaff! wish there had been a dinner/menu. was a little disappointed we were given a handicap room...but overall loved it, and would stay again and recommend to others

Great choice
The room was clean and comfortable. The whole property was well taken care of and set a good first impression. The staff was great. We were greeted with great warmth at the door and taken care of wonderfully. The hotel wasn't close to downtown, but they made up for it with the, free shuttle, which ran with a convenient schedule.

very good overall. On a busy road, though you could hear very little road noise in the room or at the pool. staff was very good and helpful.

A & B lobster house was excellent. It is right on the water. The hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It takes you downtown close to duval street.

Just OK
Traveled to Key West on business and brought my two children with me. Was hoping for a better ocean view and what we got was a lagoon. The room faced busy US1 and it was very noisy, make sure you don't get one of these rooms. Visited the pool and mingled with the iguanas.

best bang for the buck
The staff was just excellent. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as Key West is a happening place. I was surprised there was no fridge in the room. All the little animal-folded towels were cute but very annoying to unfold to actually use. Would definately stay there again.

the stuff is o.k. room-clean and spacy.easy to find location. good hotel transportation. but the noise from the street near by is TERIBLE!and it is like that all day and night...

The Conch Republic Seafood restaurant in Old Town has great food.
