Not sure it's a 4.3
Booked this room due to the 4.3 rating, which seemed promising for a reasonably priced Marriott property. Nice room and bed, there was debris in the bathroom sink, and the property in general had that cleanser smell that sometimes masks the fact that the "cleaning" is more superficial and not really thoroughly clean. The complimentary "shampoo" was filled with conditioner. Minor issues, to be sure, but annoying when the hotel actually did the basics pretty well. I'd give it a 3.5

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, but Texas Roadhouse usually offers very decent steaks at very decent prices.

Nice, clean & close to the airport
The first room I was given somehow was messed up on the hotel's room inventory. It had been used but not cleaned. However, the front desk was most helpful and immediately put me in a suite to make up for the inconvenience - I did not ask for this - she just did it. The suite was wonderful and HUGE...more room than I needed for just me. The hotel was clean and i felt very safe travelling alone.

Clean, convenient, Friendly
The hotel was located close to Jacksonville Airport, I got a shuttle pick up quickly, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is included and was more than sufficient, open enough hours for everyone. The pool is small but also clean and fine for an afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Computer with printer in the lobby. Could not have been better- would definitely stay there again!

Family reunion sister
before the cruise
Easy and quick to get to from the airport, and easy trip to the port for our cruise. Staff was friendly, and receptive to questions. Hotel was clean and met expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay!
We had a great night during our stay here! Room was clean quiet and comfortable and couldnt ask for a better location!! Would reccomend to others!

Comfortable, but a Bit Noisy
Stayed one night for business trip. Check-in and check-out were fine, the room was comfortable, continental breakfast was good. Could have used an additional bed spread or blanket. The room was more noisy than I would have preferred. I could easily here traffic noise and doors slamming, even from the upper floor.

little pricey for what you get
the staff was unfriendly, it was located close to the airport and to the cruise port but there was not a microwave or mini fridge to be found.
