Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport Northeast

room was cozey and nice but when i went to eat at the little dining room it turned into a night mare.. After all day of traveling i just wanted to eat a good meal an sleep, i sat at the little bar area i asked what was good and i got a nasty look , couldnt realy see the waitress because she kept turning her back to me, then i asked ?s about the menu an i called her mam a few times an then dear, all the sudden she started to yell at me , an asian lady yelling at a guest, she quoted my name is mickey dont call me mam or dear i am mickey i was like relax, i order a burgar and fries cuz i needed to eat, then i asked for ketchup an salt an paper i got it thrown at me an i only got two ketchup packets realy for a bugar an fries i didnt want to ask for any more stressed out about flying didnt need any more head achs didnt want to talk to a manger cuz i didnt want anything eles to go wrong after that ordeal i went to my room an slept room an bed were nice but didnt like being screamed at and treated like well not good by a food service worker i am american i pay my taxes and i am a disabled vet and dont need to be treated this poorly

Ice machine on second floor was not working, staff didn't offer any help.

Do not get me wrong a lot of staff were very good. However, one individual ruined my experience by screwing up both of my wake up calls to create a lot of problems for me. Every one else was fine, but you are only as good as your weakest link!

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS AND FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF THE NIGHT STAFF KEEP RESTAURANT OPEN FOR US TO GET A SANDWICH MEAL AFTER THEIR REGULAR CLOSING HOURS SINCE WE CHECKED IN LATER THAN WE EXPECTED

Nice property, clean and convinent to I-95. [...] the front desk attendant was more than helpful. This was my first time at this hotel ,but I was told the breakfast buffet from last year was more accomidating than the menu they have presently. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Restful - There for a night, very quiet.

The only positive remark I have for Courtyard hotel at the Jacksonville, FL Airport, is the woman who checked us in at 12:30am. As mentioned we checked in late, 12:30am. We did not get settled into bed until after 1:00am. At 4:38am someone was vacuuming the hallway outside our room and did not stop until the entire hallway was done. Once our 4 & 6 year old were awake, there was no going back to sleep, we checked out and hit the road again. We would've stayed for breakfast, but they were not going to open the kitchen because it was Thanksgiving. My family and I travel all over the country on a regular basis staying at Courtyards when ever possible, WHY? Because of the beds and pillow top mattress covers! The mattresses here had what felt like an unfolded diaper under the paper thin fitted sheet.
