GREAT SERVICE
THE DESK CLERK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE HELP US OPEN THE DOOR BETWEEN OUR ROOMS. HE RECOMMENDED A GREAT RESTURANT.

comfortable, relaxing stay
traveling on a motorcycle, staff made sure I parked in area within security cameras, and under roof, was really greatful

Would stay there again.
Close to I-95 and the airport. Front desk help was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we noticed was the fridge next door was humming pretty loud, but it didn't bother our sleep. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Try the Lemongrass Sushi and Thai in the shopping center close to the hotel. Good food and prices!

Very Good. But needs elevator for senior citizens. The room had a fresh scent and the laudry and linens were extra fresh.

Jazzy time in Jacksonville
I would recommend this hotel to family & friends anytime! The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the hotel ~ clean. It made my trip easier with it being so close to the airport & at such a good price.

Easy to find, clean hotel off major freeway
The staff was very friendly. We even got a call a short time after we got to the room asking if everything was satisfactory. I don't remember that at any hotels we've stayed at recently. Hot breakfast with tasty choices. Very nice. We will consider this location again!

The hotel was perfect location wise for an early airport shuttle; one desk clerk said call ten minutes before you need the shuttle to arrive, then when we called, they said that they don't call the shuttle until you are in the lobby (they should get the story straight!) But desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Only problem was no elevator and we were on a 2nd floor (I had just pulled my back and this was a little bit difficult for me, but tolerable - and I did want a street level room). The refrigerator in the room was very spacious but we did not use/need; also it made a lot of noise so we unplugged it. The lighting over the sink/dressing area outside the bathroom was in need of a new bulb. The King bed was comfy. The entire room was very clean and the TV worked great; lots of channels to choose from. There is a large mall just two streets away - movie theater, restaurants - plenty to do. We will definitely stay here again given the proximity and convenience to the airport.

Many, many stores in a huge mall very close by including restaurants and movies. Could walk but too busy traffic-wise.
