Comfortable stay close to the airport
A good experience with very friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing over the top but just right for the price and close to the airport for morning travel.

outside facing rooms near airport
Want to start by saying the hotel desk clerk was very helpful - even called a restaurant in St Augustine to check if they had found my credit card. That said, you have to look out for seedy looking types here that hang out on the balconies around their rooms. One guy was even using a hibachi on the walkway. We didn't complain, but its obvious they should pay more attention to what they're guests are up to.

disappointing
1.The first thing that we noticed was the rug needed to be vacuumed, and there was an unpleasant odor. 2. The coffee pot still had dried coffee on the bottom, and the used filter packet was still in the maker 3. The tub faucet leaked down on the water spout splashing water on to the bath mat, which was soaked along with the wash cloth. I had to go to the front desk for another mat. The lady on the night shift desk was very pleasant, but the early shift lady at the front desk, while checking out, was cold and aloof. The breakfast bar was good at 6:15am, but poor at 8:00am. When we're traveling, we always look for a Best Western. Some have a hot tube, which I hope for, but this one didn't. Best Western rooms are always clean and neat, but not this time. I will still look to stay at a Best Western when ever we travel.

Good for a short stay..
The door to the room had gaps, and light was filtering through. The floor was not very clean, because my white socks weren't after walking on it. The internet was not very fast. You had to jiggle the toilet handle, because it ran if you didn't. The good things were it was close to the zoo, Budweiser plant and the airport. It had a microwave and refrigerator in it. It was pretty quiet too. I travel by myself, and really don't care for hotels that have the door to the outside and not a hallway. Overall it was good for a short stay.

Room was just OK. Staff did not leave us hand towels or washcloths and it was a little noisy with people leaving early. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area.

Good value
This is a good value hotel for a one night pass through stay. The shuttle pickup was a little confusing but the driver was the same as picked me up one year ago and very accommodating.

Very convenient for airport
Very friendly and helpful greeting from desk staff. Everything worked smoothly. Good value hotel at cheaper end of spectrum.
