The Floridian Hotel of Homestead has a tropical setting. Relax by our lush tropical heated swimming pool or visit some of the many shops in the area. Conveniently located right on US 1, 1/2 blocks North of Campbell Drive on the left. We have two floors with exterior walkways and staircases to give an openess to the beautiful Florida landscape. We are a pet friendly hotel and except pets up to 30 LBS. Continental Breakfast is included and served daily from 7:00am to 10:00am.Free local phone calls. All the rooms are fully renovated with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 50 channels of Cable TV including all HBO and Showtime channels.Free Wireless Internet.

- Comming from North.
You can take either Turnpike or US1 South.
If you are on Turnpike take exit 5 and make a left at the stop light to US1.
On US1, make a right and go north on US1 about 1/5 of a mile. We are on you left.
If you are coming south on US1, simply drive all the way down to Homestead, pass 11 street and we are on your right.
Comming from the Keys.
Keep going north on US1 until you pass Campbell Drive.
We are on your left.

Great location
My husband and I were in Homestead for the races. This hotel was conveniently located to the track and area restaurants.. Parts of the hotel are under renovation. It appears that the hotel may have recently been purchased and under new management. The staff was great. We will probably stay there again next year.

Short walk from hotel
This hotel is just south of Coral Gables. It is a short ride to Miami and not far from the Everglades. The entrance to the Keys is just a few miles south.

Great place
Previously had stayed at same name hotel a little farther up the road. It was $30.00 a night more. This stay was even better, cleaner, friendly. It was in the middle of the shopping to the south and north that we wanted to do. But mostly, I was so pleased with the people. I called ahead to verify certain needs we had and was promised everything would be perfect or they would make it so!!!!!

Perfect location, Great value
Perfect location, great value and the room was clean had all the amenities. The Hotel is in the middle of the shopping. The staff was friendly, I called to verify certain needs I had and they change me room. I really enjoy my stay.

Satisfied customer
My partner and I went to homestead for a training class and needed an inexpensive place to stay. If we need to come back, this is where we will stay. The staff was very accomidating. The room looked like it had been recently updated. Everything in the room looked new. The only complaint we can think of is that the bed was very hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
