Good Value
Couldn't ask for a better location..just a short walk to the beach and dining. Room was very nice - newly remodeled. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent. Cant beat it for the price..less than other places that aren't nearly as nice.

Walk along the boardwalk a little ways south of the bandstand for the $2.90 Florida Special breakfast. You will see the big sign out front. It's a great deal..and the view is to die for...and the staff is very friendly.

Great gateway
I don't know where the last person stayed, but I loved this hotel. It is extremely close to the beach, very clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, all the amenities you need. They are the best small hotels I have ever stayed. They treat guests as family members or close friends. I would not stay anywhere else on the beach, but here.

Deceptive Rating
I don't know WHO gave this property a rating above 3 stars - I would rate this hotel BELOW the Day's Inn in Kenedy, TX. I've never, until this experience, been at a property that I would rate at or below a ONE Star. Seedy, staff nonexistent, issues not taken care of, policies not followed. Room not particularly clean and I have never before been at a "hotel" where maid service does not at least make the rounds.

Great vacation getaway!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Beach Hotels. The staff from management housekeeping was friendly and prompt. There is a gift shop at the office with all the essentials which was convenient as well as a computer center. My room was a few steps from a pool and grill as well as the beach. I liked the music poolside. It was quite relaxing. My room was very clean and had a full kitchen and a flat screen T.V. They serve a small breakfast daily so I could quickly grab a bite before hitting the beach. It was everything I was looking for and more. I'll definitely be coming back when I can get time off of work.

Great location.
The hotel is a group of old and neglected apartments. [...] It included living room,very small bedroom. The bed was the only thing in the room. A bath with missing tiles, old worn-out bath tub. It was clean. This was an upgrade because they couldn't find our reservation. It is close to the Hollywood Boardwalk and ocean. The picture online does not represent the property.
