Grand Vista is a 8,400 square feet Tusan-inspired six-bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront home off of Las Olas Blvd in downtown Fort Lauderdale. All bedrooms have bathrooms and four bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the beautiful waterway. The Kitchen: clean, new and big enough for the gourmet chef to prepare an array of fine foods. State-of-the-art appliances and granite counter tops complement the architecture expressed throughout. Sitting are: Off the spacious living room is the climate-controlled wine room that is cozy and contemplative.
