I enjoyed my stay. The hotel appears to be an old embassy suites and need a little freshening up (i.e. carpeting and paint), but it is comfortable. Very convenient access to I-95 and short drive to beaches.

Stay at the hotel was great. The staff was nice and the rooms were very clean. I am going to stay here everytime I visit Fort Lauderdale.

Comfortable Stay- Incredible staff
Hotel was comfortable and a typical 3 star hotel. We had our small dog with us and it worked out great Negatives were pool was not heated and ice cold, room service trays were not picked up timely and often sat outside door for more then a day and carpets were pretty filthy. Positives, location was awesome, took us 15 min to get to beach and the staff were really great and customer service oriented.

Hotel Front Office Manager made me feel uncomfortable
I tried to extend my stay the next day, and was told that the rate was only available thru the Sheraton website, rate also in Orbitz, so I chose orbitz....Bottom line, hotel made me it in the lobby and book online, instead of extending the rate for another night......no free internet in the rooms, no free breakfast in this all suites hotel

Great Location, Great Price!
Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room were great! Cannot beat it for a suite! Centrally located right off the Tri Rail and 95.

Hotel service very good
The hotel was very nice, checkin was nice the bell man assisted with a smile ..BUTTTTT the noise at night was awful... I stayed on the second floor and you can hear every move the people above me made. I guess children was on the floor above me, you could hear furniture moving kids running and screaming it was the worst ever.

staff was very helpful
this hotel is in a good location if you are on business. but we did have trouble with the air conditioning twice and our room door lock kept us locked out three different days. the staff was very helpful in getting the problems resolved but the trouble would resurface once again. over all we felt that the room needs a total over haul.the rug was very stained. but the staff was nice.

Annual Girls Getaway
Cypress Creek Sheraton was a nice hotel to stay in Ft. Lauderdale. Very quiet, very nice neat comfortable place to stay. Not close to any clubs was a bust but close to a lot of restaurants, casino, movies and shopping. Staff was nice and always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food and drinks very expensive. Didnt like the fact it was quite aways north from airport and Miami. If you want to be close to the action in Miami be prepared for a long drive (heavy traffic)or try something a little further south.
