Affordable oceanfront Fort Lauderdale hotel with pool
The Sea Club Resort attracts travelers who appreciate an on-site pool, easy beach access, and rooms with waterfront views. Guests indulge in ocean views from The Deck Restaurant or pick up souvenirs in the gift shop downstairs. The hotel is situated on the Fort Lauderdale Promenade and is within driving distance to posh Las Olas Boulevard and Port Everglades. The best location for your money
Friendly and attentive staff. I had a great time I'll be back again. I hope they have a heated pool for this time of the year.

Ok for quick overnight stop
We only stayed overnight so it was fine. We were charged an addition charge for the safe. Made no sense it was not included in the room rate. Made me feel riped off. They were not modern decorated deluxe rooms. If I had booked for the week I would have been looking for a new hotel. We also had to pay a security deposit to check in.

GOOD VALUE HOTEL
Overall the hotel was ok. Nothing special, but a good place to stay if on a budget. Great location directlty across from the beach. Hotel had beach chairs available for use. We had no problems during our stay. The Deck restaurant had good food.

Restaurant.com had gift certificates for sale for the Deck restaurant, and others in the area. I got a $25 certificate for $3. Well worth it.

Old Florida Kitch
Right on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Staff was excellent. The hotel is old, and rides the line between old and kitchy - but it holds up well. For the price and location it was great.

This is a neat little place right
This is a neat little place right across from the beach. It is an older hotel but has been fixed up. If you are anal about facilities you will have a problem as there is paint peeling here and there, but the place is clean. Big pluses are free parking, and a nice bar and restaurant within. The price was the cheapest I found right on the beach. We will stay there again.

Needed a good carpet cleaning
Took tours so we did not spend a lot of time in the room/hotel. Free parking was a big plus. The resturant was over-looking the beach, food was very good and reasonaly priced. Location could not have been better. Across the street from the beach. Close to shopping, resturants and touring. Would like to have had more time on the beach but the weather did not cooperate. Did not get a chance to use the pool. Carpet needed cleaning is my only complaint.

Such a deal!
Excellent location. Loved the local flavor of the hotel and the staff. Didn't feel like I was staying at some nondescript national chain. Did I say excellent location?
