Red Carpet Inn Fort Lauderdale - Airport and Cruiseport

Everything provided good for the Price. Bathroom facility was not good and did not meet the expectations. Water was not draining properly. No place to put the toiletry stuff. Iron was not provided in the room ofcourse provided at front office on deposit of $20 which was refunded on return. Overall the hotel was good for the price.

Was very noisy, slept on the first floor by the pool and people kept on passing by, the cleaning lady's cart was passing by all day , very noisy .. Would not go back, it was not expensive, but I would rather pay more money and actually be able to sleep : ( ...

Staff very friendly.. Room was spotless. Restuarant on site, very good food. Pool decent size and well taken care of. Location is an issue, not near the beach or anything, but got over it. Not the Hilton,but great value for the money. Would stay again.

The room was good value. It had no TV listings to see what you want, the bathroom door would not close (door wider than the frame) on 2nd stay. Not much around that vicinity. I don't recommend things to others.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very pleasantly surprised. Air conditioner was not really strong enough.

The hotel was conveniently located and clean. The staff was very friendly. The value was excellent. It really helped me and my better half have a great time in Fort Lauderdale.

Spent 2 nights here (a week apart) while making connections out of Fort Lauderdale. Everything was great, provided you realize that you're not staying in a 5 star hotel. The service was professional if not overly friendly, the room was clean and quiet (I stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking parking lot), the bed and pillows very comfortable, perfectly acceptable bath & shower. Three outstanding things: 1) a young receptionist named Lance, extremely professional and helpful; 2) the wonderfully friendly and hospitable namesake of the restaurant (LuLu's Diner). Lulu and her team of waitresses were absolutely delightful, and the food was everything you'd expect from a decent no thrills diner; 3) 'José', the van driver for the free shuttle to and from the airport -- nice, knowledgeable, polite and funny. How refreshing!

I stay in this hotel 4 years ago and it wasint so pleasant. This time we stay there bacause we had a long trip and this one was unexpensive. But for my suprise it was totaly remodelate, beutifull room and very clean!! I love it.

Please don't stay here. Somehow I ended up in a smoking room and I have never smoked in my life, the staff would do nothing to help me get another room . Second there is water all over the hall ways and as soon as you walk into your room you track in all the nasty dirt and grime that shows up on the white tile floor. Last and not least: the room was crawling with roaches when I woke up. They were darting all over the floor! I just hope I didn't bring any home in my luggage. Do not stay here!!!

What a dump. Had to drive around entire building to park in last spot in front. Simi trucks parked in the back. On opproacing the lobby, loud partying of 6 persons on left. In lobby line of 4 people waiting for check in from person behind plexiglass window. 2 people came in to get ice, left angry with no ice. Partying continued til whenever, make sure to leave air cond on to drown out noise. Oh yes, truck driver came in for a room ,with wife and kid outside. He said "no wonder so many people get shot around here". Not a comfortable feeling.
