Ft. Lauderdale Beach Palace Hotel & Suites

Room was infested with bed bugs! We were eaten alive by them. People Drunk all over the parking lot behind the place. Beaches are all private and inaccessible.

Everyone was just so nice to me the people in the office to the cook Tim who made some food for me.

I travel a lot, have stayed in various hotels around the U.S. The staff was rude and very intense to deal with. Example - we were told we had a room for the 2nd night or our stay by the desk clerk. Half an hour later, she said we don't have the room..... there was a MAJOR communication barrier, she did not speak english very well. But called my partner a liar she knew that word..... don't stay here.

Were looking for a clean place to sleep. Room (and facility itself) was rundown. They overbooked for the second night (New Years Eve) and actually told us we had to leave, which turned out fine (except for the hassle) because pretty much any other place would be a better stay.

The lobby seemed nice when we checked in. But the room was nasty. There were no towels or toilet paper, which they brought up when we asked for it. The remote was taped together. Cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. It wasn't horrible but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

we only stayed one night but the staff was very nice, and helpful. the rooms could use someupdating but they were clean.

This hotel was the WORST hotel ive ever been in. its disgusting, old, and dull. Its practically falling apart. The first room we had had no lights...not only that,but we almost had to break the front door down to get in. The beds were old and overused and the balcony was a view of a big blue tent with beer bottles on top of it (online it said POOL view) After the front clerk said he didnt have any more rooms....he "magically" pulled out another key to the second floor and escorted us up there to check it out. Same broken furniture and almost none of the channels were working on the tv. We were hesitant to touch anything in there because of how gross it was. Id never go back in that roach motel... They need to give it up to a hotel chain thats going to make some use out of that building.

The room had roaches, was very uncomfortable to sleep.They really need to remodel the place. I would not recommend this place to any one. I was afraid to walk barefoot.

The room has roaches, was not very comfortable with sleeping in the beds, had to make sure I sprayed Lysol on the beds and the smell was not pleasent.....would not book there again.

i would not even take my socks off to walk barefoot on the floor...bathroom was clean enough and staff was friendly but getting to the room and the room it self was far from desireable. would certainly never go back there.
