Days Inn Fort Lauderdale-Oakland Park Airport North

This the worst room I have ever stayed in. There were roachs and ants in the beds. Dirty towels on the floor. After a shower, walking on the carpet, our feet were black. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. There was trash everywhere and there were bugs in the beds.

Good van transport from airport, nice staff at hotel, good breakfast and good transportation to cruise port....but a little far

Normal experience. The hotel is in a railroad intersection, but surprisingly, it was nice for us!

I recently visited Fort Lauderdale to visit family and friend allover Miami. On arriving I recieved a smoking room which I was quite unaware that I must have chosen in error because I was up to my neck in sinus medications. The sent a air purifier to the room for the duration of my stay since they could not transfere me to a non smoking room, I was very greatfull for this and Hoptons mirracle air freshner formula. The staff was always courteous and friendly and that made my frustrations with the situation dwindle to the back ground. My mothers sinus did start to act up though by the end of the trip.My 8 medication were workin miracles.Wish they would shampoo there carpets. And change the comforters and blankets with holes that was kinda disturbing.

It needs something, the rooms were OK, the service too. The only good thing was the shuttle. The Pop machines did not work on our floor so we had to scrounge to the other floors. The elevator was so slow and it was in a noisey area (train tracks).

1. Terrible smell inside of the room 2. there were small Ants in the room 3. Floor was sticky ( when to walk without socks) 4. Terrible noise of cars and trains inside of the room (why were not to used special silent doors and windows?) 5. frige was not fixed 6. old microwave 7. it was not a light bulb at one lamp 8. coffee maker was not clean 9. after our coming back in the evening, making the bed was not done only at one bed (it was fixed only cover) 10. The water at the pool was very cold, which make swimming impossible, especially for child. 11 covers were not clean enough

Hotel is located on a very busy street, with a train track less than a block away. The train comes through several times an hour and blows it horn each time. The last night of our stay there was a lady having a screeming fit down stairs, about 11:00pm. We had a nonsmoking room, but we cound smell smoke coming in from a room next to us. Room was clean and there were restaurants close by. We were there to vist a relative who lived close by so the hotel was convenient

stayed one night before cruise, clean and cheap !!!!!!!! No dining there, just breakfast.

My experience was generally very pleasant and very good. However the fitness room was closed the entire time I was there. I also saw two roaches (insects) in the room and the water had a somewhat rusty color to it.
