They could do better.
We returned from cruise @ 10Am but had to wait until 2:30Pm to check in to our room, even though some rooms were ready before then. Staff never came to get us at the pool @ 2:30Pm when room ready. We just happened to notice other guests getting checked in. Staff also never called to give us our wake up call @ 4:00Am. Had we not awakened on our own we could have missed our flight. C+B- overall experience.

Perfect location for pre/post Cruise~
Arrived night before cruise, called hotel who dispatched a free shuttle (of course we gave a gratuity to driver). Room was very clean, comfortable beds, fluffy towels in bathroom even arranged decoratively. Next morning had a wonderful complimentary breakfast and off we went by shuttle to cruise terminal. When disembarking from cruise ship a week later, we again stayed at the hotel for one night prior to our flight back to Canada.

Not bad at all
We were just looking for a clean place to sleep for a reasonable price. Thats what we got. Clean room, clean grounds. The expected level of amenities for a 3 star. Great parking. No complaints.

Good, but could use some updates
I would suggest this hotel for sure, but if your looking for a place that has been updated this place is not. The bathroom was like stepping back into the 70s. Didn't get to try out the pool because it was closed, don't know why though. pool hours stink too, 8am-dusk. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is from 6am - 9am which did not work out for us because check out was also at 10.

Nothing special.
The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. They were not prepared for the number of people who had breakfast on Saturday morning. Generally o.k. but nothing special.

very good for the price
We bought a package deal. It was convenient, clean, and staff is very nice. When I reviewed the Best Western, some had mentioned an odor in the room. I think this is typical in a high humidity area. I put the AC on high cool, and the room was fine. All was very clean, and I hope to find something similar in the Disney area next time. Breakfast is included, only wished the eggs were not powdered, difficult to eat. Otherwise, a definite recommendation!
