Days Inn Daytona Oceanfront

My wife and 2-year old daughter stayed at this hotel the last week of September. The rates were affordable for a King-sized, Oceanfront room with kitchenette, and it was right on the beach in a clean, quiet area. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and showed great hospitality throughout our two-night stay. While the overall hotel shows some signs of aging, the room was very comfortable, clean and well kept. Perfect for family, especially with grocery store within 1 mile from site.

The hotel is older but clean and the location was ideal if you want to stay away from crowds. We would stay again.

Enjoyed the Oceanfront view, the water, tanning and Nascar Races... Would do it again... Short distance to all amenities... Walmart, Food, Etc.

Great location - quite part of Daytona. Clean service, ultra friendly staff. Not a four star or anything but I was able to get an ocean front room with a balcony and kitchennette for a great price, cant beat that!! kitchennete is small but it had large fridge and 4 burner stove with small ovean. Note: it is called Days inn "tropical seas" not oceanfront when you get there.

The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were great and always smiling and kept the room very clean! The hotel is located at a quieter end of Daytna Beach, more family oriented, which we enjoyed. We will definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel was right on the beach. The building was a little old but the room was clean. The building was also small, so it was nice that there wasnt a lot of people there and it wasnt too noisy. Friendly Service.

I was there for business, unfortunately it was during Bike Week so the rates of all the hotels were much higher, this was the best rate around. The room was clean and when I had trouble with my remote, someone was there within minutes to fix it. It was cold so no pool or beach amentities were used but I did get a look at the pool and it looked nice. I also liked that I wasn't charged extra for covered parking like some of the other hotels on the strip. I would stay there again.

My older children and I needed a place to stay in a hurry due to a sudden death in the family. It being the holiday season we were a little short on funds. We drove a long distance and for the price we were pleased to find the rooms clean and comfortable. After arriving I knew I wouldn't want to get back on the road to get something to eat so I was quite pleased that we were able to pack food for the trip, and heat it up in the room. The people at the counter helped my kids with getting on line with their computers to comunicate with their cousins. We did not get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but looking out over the balcany it seemed very nice and relaxing for those that were out there enjoying it. We might actually come back this time for a quick getaway and enjoy the facilities and beach.

I was able to watch the missel launch from the 7th floor. It was great. My only regret was that the building blocked the sun by noon. That you can'r change.
