Sub-Third World Accomodations
This was undoubtably one of the worst hotel/motels I've ever stayed in. The rugs in the room were nasty, the doors were hard to open/close, the one elevator was not working and looked like it had been a long time since it did work. The stair railing was broken in several places and rusted in numerous other places. There were no hangers in the room to hang clothes on and the microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile! Upon arrival the clerk advised we did not have reservations. I provided the reservation number from the website and he explained they did not go by those numbers. I found I incurred a $5 "amenity" fee for the use of the parking lot and in-room safe. When I returned home, I found my credit card had been charged for the room. The one bright spot for this whole stay was they did credit my account the next day!

Smelly Hotel
This hotel stinks, literally. The hallways, pool area, and rooms smell like stale beer and puke. The pool area and our private pool entrance was overrun by a frat party all weekend. The hotel did not comp anything for the inconveniences and loss of amenities use. Recommended to just stay next door and pay the extra $$.

Don't do it!!!
NO AC and no other rooms to move to, got there too late after race to re-locate some where else. toilet had urine and cigarette butt in it room clean as possible, carpet needed replacing 20 years ago. Room was warm and musty. Think building needs wrecking ball. Staff was friendly but unable to do anything about ac problem and no offer to "make it right"

Decaying and dismal
I have stayed at some real dumps in my 50m years, but this one is memorable for just how bad it is. The entire property is run down, populated by many nefarious characters (the cops were called twice in 1 night, and again in the morning for a hit and run in the parking lot). Entire property is literally crumbling, the beds were terrible...I hope I''m making this sound bad, do NOT stay here at ANY price.

Old, rundown, no security apparent. Staff appeared to do the best they could considering what they had to work with. Could use more lighting. Elevator Appeared permanently dissabled.

weekend get away
we had good service with the hotel. we booked two rooms for one night and when we decided to stay another night the staff helped to make sure we stayed in the same room both nights.when i told them of some specials needs for my mother they did everything they coulod to help make her stay more comfortable. the rooms were showing their age but were comfortable and clean, heat and ac worked great.we will happily stay here again on our next visit

Awesome front desk staff!
We got to the hotel early and the nice front desk clerk went out of her way to get us in a room early. The reserved room wasn't ready so she gave us a better room that was ready. I wish I had her name. She did an awesome job! The hotel is older but the low price made up for it.

Unbeatable location for the price
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is an older building with some repairs needed, but if you are on a tight budget, it is definetly a return visit. Nice view of the ocean and close to all area attrations and lots to do. I have had worse visits at other hotels in the area.

It needs some wrk
While i was @ this hotel i swam & tanned & shopped !!!! I went to the firecracker 400@ Daytona Speedway !!!!

Very clean but not up to date
Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice hotel needs to have restoration but other then that there is not a better location or place to stay for the price u have to pay
