Lacking hospitality
This is my first time at this hotel. I went with my buddies for a couple days of R&R . Everything was ok until I encountered a very rude housekeeper.we asked her for some towels and toiletries, she had an attitude because she thought the extra towels wasnt needed. For me thats rude and bad for business. I wont return... Sorry. (at least not on the third floor. )

Housekeeping staff terrible
I stayed with a friend she actually booked the room. I stayed on the second floor. The housekeeper was loud and abnoxious. She kept yelling to other staff members. I find her to be rather rude. Watch out for her.

Bike Week
Me and friend were there for the first weekend of Bike Week 2013. We have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, and there was plenty of entertainment almost on the same property. Sarge's Beach Bar was a great place. Sarge and Kristan (spelling?) are good people. And of course, if you're there for Bike Week, Main St. is just a couple of blocks (I'm still recovering from that one)!

Get away/car show
Loved that they served breakfast cause it made getting to the event easier. Wish the room had better lighting and that they had honored out request to have two rooms next to each other, they weren't sold out.

Weekend Stay
This hotel looked great online, however was not what we expected. The room smelled of mold and mildew and the bed sheets had someone else's hair in them when we pulled the covers back. The bathroom was so small and not well ventilated so the toilet paper would be moist when someone got out of the shower. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Great place
had a great experience with the Boardwalk Inn. It was convenient for easy travel to the Speedway and back each day of the Turkey Rod Run. Not good as far as a view of the Ocean but still easy access if you are there for the beach. A little short on parking but the parking garage was great for parking my '55 Chevy to keep it out of the outdoor elements. Fabulous Continental breakfast and staff was very friendly and price was reasonable, Would definitely stay there again.

good time great place
Everything was awesome. We booked the hotel ahead of time , so checkin was a breeze. We also received a great rate. Location was perfect, too. Right on the Beach, and minutes from many shops, and taverns. Wonderful experience.

Canceled our second night at this hotel
This is a dated hotel, however, the room appeared to be updated with fresh paint and bedding. The refrigerator and stove area were old and even had visible rust. The window and window pane needed to be cleaned. Parking was TERRIBLE. We used the underground parking and it was small and damp - smoothering for someone who may have clausterphobia. The continental breakfast was decent, but not enough seating.
