super clean and quiet!
The only problem was the quality of the matress. Very hard! This probably verys from room to room. Just our bed in particular . But, everything else was super clean and comfortable. I would stay again maybe request a different room. The Condo was very quiet and we had high school age kids all around us.

Bad Experience
Upon arrival we were very excited to start our vacation. We walked into the condo it was spacious however very dated (70's decor). The condo was in a great location if you want to be away from the Resort and close to downtown. Our bad experience came from the staff (HOA) in particular, unprofessional and ruined our vacation. We love Winter Park but will NOT return to the Beaver Village Condos.

Convenient, clean, comfortable
May be the only condos available in Winter Park for fewer than three days. The location is convenient to the Winter Park/Mary Jane and you can take either the Winter Park bus system or the condo's bus to get to the slopes. For families with young kids there is a pool at the main office. There are also three hot tubs next to the pool that could use a bit of extra cleaning but aren't terrible. If you enjoy a cold beer while relaxing in the hot tub, you'll need to pick a different place - absolutely no beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) near the hot tubs. We had about six inches of new snow at night. The resort had all the parking lots and roads cleared by the time we got out of bed. Just be careful because the condos are built up a hill from the highway. Some cars were unable to get up to the condos because of the ice on the road. They just spun their tires. Also, the resort exits directly onto the highway and with ice you can slide right into traffic. One more great feature in the condos - heated tile floors in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Good enough for the price
Stayed two nights in January while taking a brief break from working in Denver. Spent most of the time skiing and really only stayed in the place after the lifts closed. Was warm and comfortable and my only real gripe is that the management people didn't really seem to know much about the individual condos - getting the gas fire fixed appeared to be quite a nuisance for them and the operation of the TV/DVD etc was well beyond them. Still, decent value for the price.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Shopping around for gear rental can be a lot cheaper than paying on the field, particularly with discounts.

Close to the slopes
Condo was okay. Supposed to get an updated one, received one that was not. Old Appliances and kitchen not well equipped. Clean, good location, just thought we were going to have an updated one- not with appliances and baths that were 20 years old. Good location-would stay closer to slopes next time. Good value for the money.

Nightlife tip:
Short drive from hotel
Winter Park is pretty spread out..Not a central ski town- shuttles run pretty frequent. Slope parking was full by 9am. Great skiing. We will return to Colorado again
