At the Inn at Steamboat, we specialize in offering guests a relaxed but elegant stay. Unlike the large hotels, at our 34-room inn we take a more personal approach, treating each guest more as a friend than as a customer. Like most European hostelries, we provide a complimentary breakfast for our guests. In the mornings or evenings, gather around our crackling fireplace and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate and visit with other guests or just kick back. While the gondola is only four blocks away, we offer a dedicated seasonal shuttle service to and from the ski area. Upon entering the Inn at Steamboat, you will note the charming interior that reflects our mountain lodge warmth. And each of our beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites come equipped with pillow-top beds, 310 thread count bed linens, flat-screen televisions with DVD players. Plus, in each room we offer such home comforts as coffee makers, hairdryers, an assortment of toiletries, alarm clocks and irons. Additionally, we have a year-round outdoor heated pool with a hot tub, and extensive exercise facility. A continental breakfast is offered seasonably from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. We offer all of this at refreshingly affordable rates so you can ski more, eat better, and stay longer!

The Ski-In/Ski-Out Ptarmigan Inn is located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, just 50 yards uphill from the gondola. Ptarmigan Inn is a 100% smoke-free hotel, offering outdoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna, and a SportStalker Ski Shop with complimentary ski storage on-site. Rooms feature in-room refrigerators, coffee makers, remote color cable televisions with VCRs and high speed Internet access. The Snowbird Restaurant and Lounge, located slopeside in the hotel, allows you to dine while you watch the skiers go by. Apres ski in our lounge with daily happy hour. (Please note the restaurant is only available in the winter.) A complimentary Continental Breakfast is available in summer and fall. In summer, over 40 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails begin out your back door. The Silver Bullet Gondola will whisk you to the top of the mountain in the summer or winter. Amenities include outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna, during the summer and the fall, on-site restaurant and lounge, ski shop, ski-in/ski-out, 24 hour front desk, free high speed internet access, wireless access in lobby, computer terminal w/internet access in lobby. PLEASE NOTE: Parking for trailers and/or oversized vehicles is not available at the Ptarmigan Inn. The hotel's swimming pool is closed seasonally from approximately September 25 to November 24 every year. The hot tub will remain open during this time.

The ski-in/walk-out Bronze Tree Condominiums are located in Ski Time Square, adjacent to the Christie Chairlift. In the morning, simply walk 100 steps to the first tracks at the Steamboat Ski Resort and in the afternoon, ski-in right to the entrance. Downtown is 10 minutes away and the winter shuttles at ResortQuest are available to chauffeur you around Steamboat Springs. Soak up panoramic views of the ski resort from your private balcony or from one of the only indoor pools at Steamboat. Choose from two or three bedroom condos with full kitchens, private balconies, gas fireplaces and free Internet. Common laundry facilities are complimentary. Each day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, make the beds, and vacuum high-traffic areas as necessary. For guests staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle service, midway through your stay, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and thoroughly vacuum and dust the unit. If you stay more than 15 nights, we will conduct two Mid-stay services. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program and is unable to accept any sports team participants.
