PLEASE NOTE: At check-in each condominium reservation is charged a damage waiver of $39.00 per stay. Housekeeping is as follows:

Convenient and great early-season deal!
We have stayed at TOV for 2 years now, and like the location at the top of the mall area-perfect for ski-in/ski-out. Free shuttle, wi-fi, covered parking space and the Village Market is close for groceries. The Mall has many dining options easy walking distance. The units are typically updated nicely and while our unit was on the small-side, we rarely spend much time in the unit anyway so it was perfect for us and our two teenagers. We got a great deal/night over Thanksgiving. We were also lucky enough during our stay to have a curious fox visit our windows each night! We will be back again.

The condo at the Top of the Village was clean and probably a great deal for the money. The hot tub location was decent outside, but no towels were provided outside. We had to bring our extras from the condo...thank goodness we had extras to bring. The hot tub is made for the Jolly Green Giant. You have to be at least 6'5" to keep your head above water while sitting in the hot tub. Not the end of the world, but a bummer. The condo was very dated although it appeared that the owners have been attempting to slowly change the decor. The decor might not phase most, but I like more updated modern places, not 80s Granny decor. Nice to have maid service every day, and the front desk was very helpful with places to eat, hiking trails, etc. The location of this place might be great for ski season?! Check out 9am - yikes, but they were very accomodating at the front desk telling us this 9am check out is mainly for ski season - phew! Although I put "No, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend," I would tell them about my hesitations, and the price, and let them make their own choice. Not the best by any means, but not the worst.

Great location and price. The online pictures showed a remodled room, ours was not. Guess thats what you get booking last minute. The staff was great and definitely made up for it :)
