the facility and staff were both amazing, the only problem was that nothing was open because it was 'off season' and we were unaware of that.

Amazing weekend stay
We are a family of four with two younger kids. We drove to Timberline and were expecting a studio with a king bed and two singles. Somehow, we ended up in a room with two queens, a king, and a pull-out. There was more than enough space and TWO bathrooms! The condo offered rentals of toys, books, and DVDs and had a completely updated appeal. We enjoyed our stay so much. We are vegans and I loved cooking our own food in the fully stocked kitchen!! We could even make smoothies in the blender!!! The children asked if we could live there forever. The pool was amazing and they offered two hot tubs. We were so happy with this place and we plan to stay again next fall. I highly recommend it!!

Ski Trip 2012
Timberline Condos conveniently located just uphill from two main lifts at Snowmass. And you can ski directly back onto to the property with just a little planning on what runs to finish the day with. If only the weatther had been better this year--coulda' used more snow! Condos well cared for, had maid service like a hotel (didn't get that at some other conds I've used). Aspen-Snowmass bus system was great ... didn't use the car the seven days we were there.

JAZZ ASpen Festival Condo
The condo, number 214, did not have ac; however, the front desk readily provided a fan. The fan made all of the difference. The location was perfect for the JAS festival and parking was ample.

Just So-So
The price was decent, but we were assigned to a unit right above the restaurant kitchen -- with maintenance/laundry room in direct view (no mountain view) -- even when more than 2/3 of the units were empty. Noisy, with staff going in and out of the maintenance room and kitchen, gossiping and chatting away. Hopes for a quiet, serene family getaway evaporated. They were so diligent as to mow the lawn on Saturday, while we were in the unit trying to relax. We know that many condos in Snowmass don't have/need AC but the loft (main bed) was a real sauna (ceiling fan was no help). We could not sleep up there and had to squeeze ourselves onto the two old sofabeds downstairs. The kitchen layout is so cramped even for a studio layout. Some pluses: Furnishings were pretty nice though old. The kitchen and bath were updated. Location was good, and the views in the area are fantastic (though not from our unit). Aspen and Snowmass are great, as always but this condo is NOT.

awful customer service
The customer service was horrible. We were there on our honeymoon. And the lady at the front desk was very rude she called us several times to ask for pitty stuff. We our tv wasn't working in our room she never sent anyone to look at it. One day we were out in Aspen and she threatened to lock us out of our room if we didn't go give them a credit card and said we were suppose to be checked out by 10am. We acutally had another day paid for and she said she didn't have that on record. she was awful and made our experience poor.
