Teton

Teton Mountain spa Very nice beautiful setting, but super expensive. Realistically the rooms should be 1/2 the price for the value.

Average hotel

We went to the local antique shops, which was our primary reason for visiting Grand Junction. Our hotel room was average, but the highway noise was pretty loud. The rooms on the side of the freeway should be given out after the hotel assigns the rooms on the back side. Our reservations were made early enough to have been given a better room. Pretty disappointing for the price. In addition, there was no light bulb in one of the lamps next to the bed. No microwave, no refrigerator in room. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working so we had to go down to a lower level to get ice.

May trip

Hotel service was great, cookie is a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the typical sites of the area as we were there for our son's college graduation. We would definitely stay there again!

Horrible Service!!!

The only positive experience with this hotel was the early check-in and complementary cookies. The tub drain was clogged and the front desk staff and manager on duty did not have any regard for this issue. The staff, to include the managers are rude, unprofessional, and lack hospitality! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The managers fix for the clogged drain was to offer me a cookie coupon. My room was never cleaned, nor did I receive fresh towels. Do not waste your money here! They are cheap and do not offer refrigerators, soft/decent quality towels, nor friendly service. They have no regard for their guests, nor are they professional!
