Pay less here than in downtown Denver and use the extra cash to shop and explore the city's most popular attractions, all less than one mile away. A recent $25-million dollar (USD) renovation led to upgrades across rooms, suites and meeting places, bringing the hotel back to the elite tier in Denver lodging. Guests rave about the heated rooftop pool with its amazing views of the rugged Rocky Mountains and bustling downtown.Highlights
- Floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with amazing views in most rooms
- Personalized, top flight service for special events and everyday guests
- Denver's only year-round heated roof-top pool with awesome panoramic views
Rooms
After spending $25 million USD on renovations, it's difficult to characterize the style as understated, but guests adore the simple elegance in the rooms at the Warwick. The Warwick offers the largest average square footage per room in the Denver area, with many rooms with balconies and views of downtown and the mountains. Features
Get outside and enjoy over 300 days of annual sunshine. Almost all of Denver's sights are within walking distance for those of average fitness. Guests who prefer to stay put can stay happily at the Warwick. The warm, elegant Randolph's Restaurant pampers hotel guests with elegant American cuisine with a kick of Colorado spice. Short but Sweet Stay
Everything about this hotel was pretty great, it was in a nice neighborhood and the staff was really helpful and so nice. The only problem was the heating system, that thing was possessed, I swear. At about 4AM it suddenly turned on and within just a minute it was stiflingly hot...so I got up and turned it down a couple degrees...and the AC came on full blast and a minute later it was freezing cold! Other than that little incident, very pleasant stay.

Christmas at the Warwick
A beautiful room looking out at the Denver city skyline with a big, luxurious bed and a rooftop pool. Swimming with snow on the ground and a full moon. Perfect. The hotel staff were super nice. Stay here and walk down to the 16th street mall, take a stroll and take in a movie.

Miserable experience
Miserable experience. Was delighted to get a great deal on the Warwick via a discount hotel website (system won't let me put in the name) but something got messed up in the handoff and the Warwick had my wife and I slated to arrive one day earlier than we made our res. for. So when we arrived on our scheduled day we were told that we had been marked "no show" the previous day. Ok, these things happen but since we had been told that "we have lots of open rooms tonight" by the desk staff we figured it would all work out fine. Wrong. The manager made NO EFFORT to Accomodate. We called the travel agency and they told us they had already paid the Warwick so it was the Warwick's decision. And the Warwick's decision was: "we were paid for last night. Tonight is another night." I tried a polite "you were paid for a service which wasn't rendered and you have open rooms tonight, so it won't cost you a thing to give us a room tonight. On the plus side, you won't be irrationally alienating a customer." Wasted effort. The manager just said "we'd be happy to let you rent a room tonight at the going rate." Now ticked, I said "so you've taken our money, given us nothing for it, and now you want me to give you more money? You've got to be kidding!" A few tense moments later the manager just very rudely dismissed us with a "well, that's your decision." I'm proud of the fact that I didn't voice any of the names I wanted to call this arrogant, rude woman. My wife and I went elsewhere. Since the manager insisted this approach was hotel policy and couldn't be violated for any reason, I have to assume that the complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction is systemic throughout the establishment. I wouldn't go back to this hotel for anything.

Overall good
Hotel was well priced and and good location. Clean rooms. A 1960's feel and decor. My big complaint is the energy saving light bulbs in the room. They use the cold tone bulb that gives the feel of a morgue or of an indusrial meat locker. Come on Warwick you buy the bulbs in a warm palette Do it.
