Overall Good Stay

This hotel was cozy feeling from the minute I walked in. The lobby beautiful, as was the adjoining restaurant/bar. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Room service was very slow on one occasion, prompt the rest of the time. We requested late checkout to have a leisurely last morning while on vacation, but we had to answer the door twice for staff who didn't seem to know we were still occupying the room. Good stay overall, just seemed to be some communication issues among staff that weekend.

Wonderful place to stay

From check in to checkout, it was a wonderful place to stay. Can't say enough about the service and staff - friendly, professional, wonderful people. The hotel itself is upscale and very clean (I'm picky, so this is good), and genuinely a good place to be.

About 8 blocks to museums, and about 5 to 16th Street Mall. Walked all over the place and was very happy with the location.

BEAUTIFUL

Stayed for a short weekend getaway and couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. The bartender, Shaun, at Randolph's, is such an awesome guy, very worth talking with, and the food and service there was amazing. The rooms were very nicely decorated and had spacious balconies with nice views. I would definitely stay here again!

A good choice for my son and myselfs first visit to Denver.

Lovely Hotel, friendly staff, good service, and very within walking distance to downtown mall and other services and restaurants. Very helpful staff at the Desk. Only difficulty was an added $500.00 amount to my Credit Card for "damage" to the room. A non smoking room and even though my son is (was) a smoker he followed the rules by smoking on our Balcony or out of the Hotel, never in our room, and with the sliding doors closed. I am 78 years old, he is 56, and knows that I cannot tolerate smoking. But did manage to contact "Matthew" regarding my complaint and after listening to me advised me that the charge would be reversed on my charge card. The entire matter is still a mystery to me and cannot understand how this happened. The amount is terribly excessive and the room had to be in very bad order and smelly to deserve that amount. I hope that my next statement shows the reversal of the charge and that I can then say that my stay at the Warwick was exceptional and would indeed recommend it to anyone.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Must remember that Colorado is a "dry" state and in order to purchase Liquor you must walk or be taken to a State Store for your purchase. Being a native of California and living in Reno was a surprise in that regard.

Good, But not blown away

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. They were in the process of updating the hotel and you could tell there were areas that have not yet been done. THe balconies looked nasty. Our room was nice and clean, though. and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was pretty cool also.

Good value, but some extra charges

The rooms are beautiful, nice view from the balcony, which is smoker friendly, with chairs, a small table and an ashtray, but, on the down side, there is a separate charge for internet, and there is virtually no free parking available. I got lucky, over the weekend, the parking meters are off. However, instead of paying $27 a day for in and out valet parking from the hotel, there are some reasonably priced parking lots within easy walking distance during the week days.

There is a 7-11 on the ground floor of an office building one block north on 17th. I recommend getting a few munchies to stock the in room fridge. The cost of a bag of peanuts in the room was $4.
