Great location

The location is perfect--at the top of the 16th street mall, so you can walk to everything. We had a suite shared with three people. It's not as big as it looks in the picture, but fine. However, the bathroom is tiny. When we were there you had the option of "going green" and not having your linens replenished. If you put a hanger on the doorknob you got a $5 coupon for a local restaurant.

GREAT place to stay!

Came to attend our son's graduation to receive his Doctorate, and paid for their room (he, his wife and two young children)...and they hadn't given us rooms in the same building, but immediately changed it and gave us rooms next to each other. We had a problem with the air conditioning, and they came and immediately fixed it. Great service!! I highly recommend staying here. Great valet service, too!!

Nice room for a good price!

In town for a Rockies ballgame. Good location and easy access to Mall Shuttle to Coors Field. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants on site, plus all of downtown Denver.

My stay was acceptable

I had prepaid for my room on line, but when I arrived the hotel required an additional $50.00 deposit. I was told that $50.00 dollars will be reimbursed to me at a later time. Why? The last several stays at this hotel, my room has been located in the Tour section (the old section), the rooms are smaller, it's less convenient and the showers hot water fades in and out. The hotel is very modern, clean, has helpful staff and is in a great location. I would stay here again, but would prefer a different room.

good location, rude security staff

The location is great for walking to anything on 16th street: dining, shopping, and bars are all very close. Room was good, remodeled. Reception staff and valet staff were very nice but when we came in late and we were in our room for only a few minutes on a Friday night, other guests were in the hall being loud and somehow we got blamed for it and the security staff was very RUDE, accusatory, and threatening.

New Years Eve at the Sheraton

A million people were checking in. Crazy Busy. The staff handled it very well. Our room was great. I wish we could have spent more time to enjoy the amenities. Great location. Parking costs extra.

the most disappointing hotel experience

this was my worst experience ever staying in a hotel. sure the hotel was fancy and the rooms were nice, but that does not mean that the staff can be rude, unaccomodating, and provoke you into screaming frustration. everything from the parking to trying to speak to a manager was an exercise in futility. i will never stay at a sheraton, or affiliated hotel again.

New Years Eve stay at Sheraton Denver

Very long checkin 45+ minutes. No heat in room and outside temps were in the single digits. Bldg maint had to open the heat valve. Room was clean but small and needed some maintenance in the bathroom. Some TV channels didn't come in good and the video input to the TV didn't work. Great meal at Katie Mullens (attached resturant).

Business trip to Denver

Excellent service, clean, comfortable room. My only complaint about this hotel is that they charge almost $11 per day for internet in your room. They offer free wireless in the lobby areas but you have to pay in your room. When I have work to do, I like to be alone in a quiet place - not in a busy public area. For the price of a night's stay, I think they could include internet in the room, rather than trying to get an extra few bucks out of their customers.
