Great weekend trip!
The Sheraton in downtown Denver exceeded my expectations. It has been beautifully remodeled and the staff was very accommodating and patient, especially during a very busy weekend. The only complaints I have is that the room had a particular odor. The carpets smelled like rental ski boots. It was mild the first few days but I think as the deodorizer started to wear out the smell became more prominent. It wasn't bad enough to make a complaint but it was noticeable. I would stay there again in a heart beat if that says anything.

weekend visit
No hair dryer in the room. Very friendly staff, for the most part. the check in could have been smoother. the attentent behing the counter walked away and had me waiting for about 5 min instead of having me go to another person.

Lots of additional costs.
It seems they charge for everything but air at this hotel. The room was not even cleaned properly and was not restocked. Items that were listed as being in the room had to be asked for. I will not stay here again.

not a good deal
I used this site to book this same hotel for New Years Eve this year and was very happy so I made it a priority to stay here for Valentines Day. I was very disappointed. The room assigned was across the street in another building and was half the quality of the room we stayed in before. This time our room lacked a mini fridge which we were expecting, to few pillows and towels, no complimentry product in the bathroom, incomplete coffee set up. Both rooms were the same rate but vastly different! The view of 16th st mall was pretty and the staff is always amazing.

Clean your room
We came to a room that on the surface was beautiful, but upon further inspection was found lacking. We had bread crumbs in our bed, at least I hope it was only bread crumbs.

New Years Eve
Fantastic Hotel in the middle of all the excitement! I booked the room online the night before at a very affordable price for the quality of the hotel. The bed and linens were dreamy. The staff was very accomodating despite the amount of guests arriving. There was a wait of about 90 minutes to check in which seemed a little miss managed. I will definantly go back.

Great Locatiom
Hotel is a little odd with its two towers; it felt like a maze at times. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms are small. The location is perfect for dowtown activities and the hotel bars are nice.
