too expensive for nothing special
the hotel was very expensive, it should be less expensive and have a shuttle to the airport.

Inconsistent
Known for its superior customer service, I found some staff to be very helpful, however, inattentiveness of greeters at door to be quite off putting. This inconsistency in service was a negative for me. In fact, the level of service was equitable to that of the average Vegas hotel. Orbitz's deal was amazing. I stayed 8 nights. Would recommend asking for a higher floor, at least 4 or above to avoid the street noise. Top floor has balconies, however, they are all connected by a common walkway, not too private. The hotel shuttle (suv that can take you around downtown) is a nice perk.

Very fine hotel- Teatro
I had a very nice stay at the Teatro from 6/22- 6/23. The hotel was old, but very updated. The staff was efficient. The room was comfortable and the bed was very roomy.

Short walk from hotel
You will need to decide whether to park in a lot nearby or in a garage a block away. Thel ot nearby is fine, but unprotected. The garage is protected and the staff will bring your car to you when you need it.

Great location - just blocks from the convention center, the 16th street mall & LoDo. Helpful & friendly staff. Parking is overpriced though - you can find parking lots that are less expensive (although they aren't covered). Great shower and super comfortable bed. I stayed in a superior queen and it was spacious...plenty of room for clothes & suitcase. Free wireless internet which is unusual according to my colleagues who stayed at other hotels and had to pay. 2 icky things- there was leftover cake in the fridge from the previous occupant and there was a used razor in the shower as well.

Good business hotel
In for a conference held 3 bocks away. For the cost it was a good hotel. Nothing about the hotel ranked outstanding, but everything was very satisfactory. Elevator call buttons are very loud, ask for a room away from elevators.

Nice Hotel - Avoid 5th floor
Nice hotel tastefully updated. Rooms a bit small but for a single business traveler it was fine. Be aware that they may try to place you on the 5th floor (I believe it was because I booked through Orbitz). This is a smoking floor and the stench was horrible. The second night I asked to be moved and they handled my request quickly.

A Peaceful Oasis
Convenient downtown location. Courtesy staff. Great casual dining and bar. Ask for a room with an outlet at the desk if hooking in computer and don't forget to turn in the key (they charge if you walk off with it).

Considerate and friendly staff, great location if you have business at the convention center, and wonderful rooms. Had a room at the front and there was some noise from the street and construction site across the street that could bother some people.
