Fantastic Hotel
In for a conference at the convention center. A short walk to the convention center. (I recommmended to the conference that they include the hotel Teatro next time.) Very Friendly, clean, and plush. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Missing: a power outlet for the laptop at the desk. Not a big problem though.

Short walk from hotel
Market street was a couple of blocks in one direction, the "mall" with free bus transportation was two blocks in another direction, and the convention center was a short walk in another direction. You could find nightlife/dining in the Market street area or near the mall. The Pepsi Arena was approximately 9 blocks away.

Great service!
Great little hotel for the price. Lots of character. Good location. Friendly service. Just one bad note: there was a constant humming outside my room from the heating units.

Pleasant and arty
Staff was helpful. Though it seemed like the catered age group was 20 and 30-somethings, we middle-agers also had a great time there. Of course we were out most of the time sight-seeing and stayed in the hotel only for R&R.

Beautiful room; wonderful service
The hotel was in a perfect downtown location, close to shopping and the Perfoming Arts Center. Food in the restaurant was great, and the service was the best I've ever had in a hotel. I would stay there again, or recommend Hotel Teatro to my friends without hesitation.

Wonderful Hotel
Hotel was beautifully decorated, beds were super comfortable and staff was very helpful. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in downtown Denver. The only downfall was the noise. The street noise was not very well muffled (probably due to the older windows), and my room was right across from the elevators. I rated this hotel 4 stars only because it does not have all the ammenities of larger five star chain hotels.
