Not Bad.
Average hotel experience. Room/hotel was clean and staff friendly. Temperature variations in room, pillows a bit uncomfortable. Great location and steps away from 16th Street. Would stay again.

Friendly Service
The staff was friendly and helpful.My only complaints are that the mini fridge was very loud, so I had to turn it off while sleeping, which spoiled my food.

Outstanding! Walking distance to everything Denver!
We were able to walk around the corner to the 16th Street mall and later that night over to the Buell Theatre for a show. The kids loved the pool!

Ignite Denver near Coors field on Larimer between 21st and 22nd. Great food and selection! Wonderful professional staff! Roof top bar. Try the Man Candy appetizer if you like BACON.

What a Great Stay!
I stayed for one night with my wife for an event on the weekend, and we will definitely be using this hotel again in the future. We had a small snag at check-in, but our attendant, who was very pleasant, took care of it and even gave us complimentary coupons for appetizers at the hotel restaurant to compensate. Free wi-fi was available (always nice), and there is a separate elevator used to go to the gym/pool area. The location is within walking distance to the Pepsi Center, 16th St. Mall, Convention Center, and more. The beds were as good as they were talked up to be, too. Overall, a great experience. Stay here if you have things to do downtown.

lots of hidden fees
there is ONLY valet parking... no option to park your own car. this added a 28 dollar charge per night to the hotel cost. also, there was no continental breakfast. i am a big breakfast eater and the option to have continental is a great money saver. they do however have a restaurant on site titled PIE, but buyer beware. the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! 13.50 for the equivalent of a continental breakfast buffet, not including drinks. Another con, the advertised "mountain View room" is as advertised... a view of the mountains, but be aware that the mountains are about 15 miles away so its not exactly breathe taking. other than that the hotel was as usual hotels go. a pool and hottub. excercise room is average. the bed is comfortable and the room is neet and stylish. i do recomend this hotel if the above cons are accaptable to you. the location makes this hotel great. there is a ton of stuff to do at the 16th street mall, located 2 blocks away.
