NIce Stay, Nice Staff
Easy check in, clean, courteous and no complaints! Even better was that we had a flight delay and the hotel reimbursed us back 1 night stay for the time we were not going to be staying at the hotel. Great location in downtown with easy bus access and right across the street from a bike rental station. We didn't get the mountain side view from our window but that wasn't a big deal - we could just leave the hotel and take in the sights!

Planning on staying downtown only? Use a bike rental. For less than $10 a day you can have unlimited 24 hour use of a bike! Easy way to get around downtown Denver AND is great exercise.

I came to Denver from Phoenix, AZ for a business trip and one day of leisure. Through my duration of my stay, every staff member was accommodating and follows through to make sure you are absolutely satisfied. Gave good recommendations to sight seeing and places to eat. They were so good, I called the general manager David to recognize the front desk staff (Chanel and Ashton) for beng patient and making sure everything is good to go. When I re-visit Denver, I will only stay at this hotel. I saved their number in my phone for future reference.

16th street mall has everything. Gift shops, restaurants, comedy shows, retail stores, Parks, and all the fun stuff you could do in Denver.

Not Bad.
Average hotel experience. Room/hotel was clean and staff friendly. Temperature variations in room, pillows a bit uncomfortable. Great location and steps away from 16th Street. Would stay again.

Friendly Service
The staff was friendly and helpful.My only complaints are that the mini fridge was very loud, so I had to turn it off while sleeping, which spoiled my food.

Outstanding! Walking distance to everything Denver!
We were able to walk around the corner to the 16th Street mall and later that night over to the Buell Theatre for a show. The kids loved the pool!

Ignite Denver near Coors field on Larimer between 21st and 22nd. Great food and selection! Wonderful professional staff! Roof top bar. Try the Man Candy appetizer if you like BACON.
