Memorable family experience
Such friendly and helpful staff. They would search out anything we asked, and went out of their way to help at every step. Convenient to everything. Couldn't ask for more! Just wish they had more eating options in the hotel or right next to it and that the WiFi didn't cost to use.

Great stay!
Booked this hotel room 5 mins before arrival, and it was wonderful. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, live piano music in the Lobby, and even the housekeepers couldn't have been nicer!

Great location, expensive parking
We stayed here for one night. We spent the rest of our time at a condo in Breckenridge, CO. Or rate was $149, which is reasonable. However, we had to pay an additional $35 to valet park our car. They don't offer hotel parking, just Valet parking at an additional $35 a night. I'm from Chicago so I somewhat expected to pay for parking, but this is Denver, not quite a metropolis. As far as the rest of the hotel. The location is great, about a block from the 18th street mall, which is good for shopping and people watching. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful with recommendations on places to eat dinner. The amenities are pretty standard for a business hotel. I've stayed at Grand Hyatt's before, and this place isn't Grand! I didn't see a room service menu, so I'm not sure that they offer it. The pool is nice, the workout center is clean. The jacuzzi outside was lukewarm at best. The bed was fantastic. The TV was a standard 32" LCD. The room itself was comfortable, but I really expected more from a Grand Hyatt. I guess that is the difference between the Hyatt in San Diego or in Maui and the one in Denver.

Was supposed to be near American Girl...
We went to Denver to go to the American Girl store. this Hyatt wasn't the one we planned to stay. Not the Hyatt's fault...[...]Our hotel room didn't get cleaned. Didn't notice we had to call down for it to be cleaned; watch for that one. Had to call for towels...toilet paper. don't mind the bed not being made...but we didn't expect that. Grandchild noticed the note about that in the bathroom. AND WHY ON EARTH IS A COFFEE POT SET UP ON THE BATHROOM VANITY. gross!!

ther's a Thai restaurant up the street...Wild Thai I think. It was delcious. Music way too loud. Hotel buffet is $17! Nice, but good grief!! If you want a glass of milk for a diabetic child, $7 for room service. 7-Eleven across the street!!
