Good. Would stay again.
Staff could use some training in customer service. Our family had multiple rooms booked. We all experienced the same treatment when asking staff to address problems. They wanted to tell us their policy rather than make an attempt to resolve our concerns. Who cares about "your policy" if you ignore customer requests and complaints?

Good location
This hotel was a good value for the money and only about seven miles from downtown on I 25. It also was right across the street from Whole Foods.

Loved the Hotel
The room was great. The living room area was especially wonderful because we had a lot of luggage so the extra space was perfect. There were two televisions, so everyone was happy. The free breakfast saved us both time and money because of the convenient location in the courtyard, and the variety of breakfast foods to satisfy appetites large and small. Beats having to pay the high prices at a restaurant or eating breakfast at a fast food place. Hotel seemed out of place in the neighborhood, but seemed like a safe area and no complaints otherwise.

Great stay for family and guests
Nice location with accessability to shopping and highway access. Front desk personnel effecient and friendly. Happy Hour could be upgraded a bit. Food choices quite limited and sparse by 6p. Only Miller beer! Why not more beer choices? Room well laid out and spacious; loved the two sinks! Air unit is a bit noisy. Why not free internet access? Most brands offer free of charge. I'm just saying!

Two grocery stores quite nearby. Whole Foods right across street. King Soopers couple blocks away. Fresh Seafood Rest. in same area as Whole Foods, walking distance.

Adequite, buts needs some work
Overall, the hotel has friendly and trained staff, but the hotel facility needs some updating. Compared to the other all suite hotels in the area, this hotel is showing its age. Even though it was winter and very cold in Denver, we could not get the temperature below 78 in our room, even with the heat completely off, without opening windows and being subjected to the major traffic noise from the street. The breakfast is still very good, and the indoor pool is nice. However, the newer all suites hotels offer better facilities and more value.

Was blown away!
This was an excellent motel and the price was awesome! Would stay there again! The breakfast was great, the staff was superb, and the motel was gorgeous! Thank you for making our stay one we won't forget!
