Historic hotel with free Wi-Fi in downtown Denver
The Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown is a boutique-style hotel housed in a renovated, historic building near the Denver Convention Center and the Center for the Performing Arts. Business needs are catered for with a hi-tech business center which offers both LCD projectors and high-speed Internet access. Guests enjoy the property's ideal location and great views of the Denver skyline. A lounge provides complimentary coffee, tea and snacks, and the hotel's Rialto Café is regarded as a city favorite. Wonderfully comfortable and convenient
This was the best hotel experience that I have had on a business trip. My flight arrived earlier than my check-in time, but the staff was very accomodating and allowed my to check in earlier with no further charge. The room was spacious, clean, pretty, and had all accomodations necessary for a delightful experience. I loved the houndstooth pattern of the carpet and the twinkling lights outside the windows. The bed, blankets, and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud!

Probably wouldnt stay here again
Just back from a quick weekend stay. Great location and conveniently located to 16th street, I'd probably not stay here next time in Denver. Although the staff is quite terrific and attentive, my room was not terrific. There was no bureau to store clothes in. There were two nightstands that had a couple small drawers however. And the closet was ridiculously small. if your suitcase was in the closet there was almost no room to put your shoes on the floor.. and there were only two hoods to hang clothes (that had several hangers) but not really convenient. There was also a very unpleasant "sewerish" smell that was apparent in the evenings coming from the bathroom.

Le Bistro Restaurant is a short walk from the Marriott and is a fantastic place to dine for brunch. We loved it so much the first try we went back again and again. The food is fresh and prepared to order and very reasonably priced.

Well Taken Care Of
The hotel location was great. It was in walking distance of lots of great restaurants with a Free Mall Ride to take you up and down the 16th Street Mall as well as to the Lightrail station which provided affordable transportation to many other destinations in Denver. The only downside was a pricy shuttle ride to and from the the airport. The hotel does not provide it's own shuttle. Also, when we arrived in the newly remodeled room the heater was not working because it had been installed incorrectly. They did take care of us for the inconvenience by upgrading our room and offering us free breakfast for 2 in the morning. Overall it was a great experience!

Fun Stay
We were visiting Denver for a concert. The computer system wasn't working when we arrived, but it didn't cause too many problems. Other then that it was a really nice stay.
