Comfort Inn & Suites

When you pull up it doesnt seem that bad. The first night we stayed the receptionist specifically told us it was a non-smoking room. As soon as we went up to the room it had an ashtray on the dresser and clearly smelled like smoke. They didnt move us into a non smoking room til the next morning The last day we were getting ready for a wedding so we asked if they could clean the room later on they said "no problem". We come back and our room is still uncleaned. We had to ask for towels to go out that nite and the same person that dropped off the towels says sorry i didn't get to your room I finished real late last night. I have been to a few standard hotels. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too. Not to mention the sketchy people that were checking in at the middle of the night.

This was a business trip so I was expecting everything quick. Directions to the place were difficult. Called 3 times to get there. Once was because the bridge was closed and they didn't tell me this until the third call. I had to drive through a lengthly commercial area to arrive. Once there, most all all good except my card keys barely worked. Couldn't believe it. Tried a dozen times and finally got into the room. The room features were good. Pillows were extra soft but they gave me 5 of them so it wasn't so bad. The walls and corners were cut and beat up. Some pretty bad ppl just must have run into the corners banging things like mad. This is both inside and outside the room. The best feature was the strong water pressure and it was hot hot hot! Very nice! The continental breakfast was really nice and quite a treat! Enjoyed the juices and muffins. I think I would have been happier elsewhere at a higher-rated place but for the short time I was there (two nights) it was acceptable. I doubt if I would go there on a personal trip for the above issues.

Good hotel, bit pricey and the location was not too great. Getting to the hotel, with all the construction going on in that area, was very difficult. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find the location.

I needed just a bed for the night, and although I'll let a lot of imperfections pass I appreciate small amenities working well. On the upside, the bed was comfortable, the lights were well positioned for reading in bed, the remote control for the television was simple to use and worked, the thermostat delivered heat promptly, the treadmill worked well, and I appreciated the availability of hard-boiled eggs at the free continental breakfast. On the downside, the room smelled of smoke (I was not informed of a smoke-free option), the cable television selections were poor--not a decent free movie, quality news, or educational/documentary channel, the English muffins were stale, and the exercycle did not work and the multipurpose machine was cheap. I would not readily stay here again.

I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. i asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room

Best accommodations so far on my current trip. Excellent internet connection in room, even a leather office chair. Comfortable, spotless, everything I personally require in a motel/hotel.

This place is just like your average hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and I cannot remember once seeing an employee smile towards me. The one computer they have was old school and the keyboard typed hard. The elevator was very slow and was in need of some repair work to the buttons.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The keys to the room wouldn't work and we went to the front desk 3 times for help. Front desk said they would send the manager up to look but they never showed up. It was hot in the hallways, but the room A/C was great. Staff was very unfriendly.

We love the comfort inn and suites. They are a great value in the world. We always know that you get a clean, comfortable accomodations. This particular hotel was easy to access from the freeway and provided a quiet room. A continental breakfast wss served downstairs. It is nice to wake up and have hot coffee already brewed!

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was only a short distance from where I needed to be.
