Turn around and RUN

I've never filled one of these out before but I can't help warn others of the disaster of a stay my wife and I encountered at the Baymont. Good Points: Staff was fine, hotel and rooms are brand new: clean beds and carpets/bathroom, breakfast was same as anywhere for this rate, Internet worked great, New Keurig coffee machines, super-easy access to Denver International. Low Points: TV placement and Remote Control. TV very low to the ground, very difficult to change channels (skipped channels if pressed too hard, no previous channel option). No hot tub, just a luke-warm pool. Soap holder in shower at my shin. Door handles at my knees. Room door itself heavy like lead. (If you are an elderly person you will not be able to get into your room.) Unacceptable: COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE & CANNOT SLEEP!!!! Directions took us to the middle of nowhere. Address/directions are WRONG! The heater was loud and obnoxious, tried numerous different settings throughout the night - couldn't sleep because the thing kept turning on and off all night. Finally shut it off and dared a very cold room... but it wouldn't quit! It kept noisily blowing air on and off in one-minute intervals. Absurd. The only thing that made it worse was the enormous pillows. You know the ones that put your chin in your chest when you are trying to sleep? We tried valiantly - they were so overstuffed there was no way to sleep even if the silly heater didn't give such grief. I guess you get what you pay for, right? I've stayed at many a cheap motel/hotel and never had reason bad enough to warn others on the Internet. What good is a new hotel or new room if you CAN'T SLEEP? Avoid these terribly uncomfortable rooms at all costs.

If renting a car - get gas down the road before getting to the airport. Cheaper there.

Baymont Inn stay...Not good!

First, the Hotel address on the website was not recognized as an address in GPS. Second, we called to get assistance in locating the hotel, but the first number we called gave us the direct line to the hotel, then no one picked up the phone, we had to call back. We got someone, yet they told us the wrong cross roads to find the hotel, it took a third call to get the address to get to the hotel. Once in the room, everything seemed fine, till we tried to work the air condition. We looked at all the sheets in the room and nothing explained how to work the air condition, we had to call the service desk to find out that we needed to put the key card in, yet there was nothing in the room, nor did anyone think to mention it to us when we went to the room. Now I know this is knit picky, but the TV was lower than the bed, making it very difficult to watch it comfortable. The Internet was extremely slow. Overall it was not a very good stay at all. We will not be staying at a Baymont Inn again.

I would no recommed this hotel.

only 2 towel in room,plus couch was dirty,trash,hair when I open the couch to sleep. Also,the coffee in room are generics,they taste awful,coffee pot was dirty.The TV has only a few selection. I would no recommend to others.

BED BUGS STAY AWAY

We booked a room for one night for an early morning flight. First 3 of the lamps were broken, and no one knew what was wrong. One guy working the hotel who seemed clueless, and After checking in and getting the kids to bed, we look in our bed and discover a bed bug. At 10:30 pm we had to wake the kids up pack our bags and move to another hotel. After we all showered and washed our clothes we went to sleep at 4:00 am and woke up at 6am for out flight. This was a complete nightmare- DONT EVER STAY HERE!

BED BUGS

Picked the hotel for the price. I was flying out early in the am with my family and wanted a cheap place for the night. Boy did I regret it. After putting the kids to bed my wife and I discover a bed bug in the bed. We freaked! We had to wake the kids up and leave the hotel in a hurry at 11:00pm at night. After the whole ordeal was finished my family and I barely slept that night, but at least we hopefully averted a bed bug infestation. Don't ever go here.

Customer service should be the key..

This was one stop on a trip acros the US. The tv in the first room wasn't working and then the hotel staff informed us they were too busy to bring us a new room key. The new room had stains on the sheets.

Truly unprofessional

Arrived after midnight, extremely tired with prospect of rising to catch a very early morning flight - not our preference of timing, but necessary. Desk clerk found that the reservation system couldn't check us in - i.e., issue a door key - since the previous tenant had not been checked out properly. She tried to put us into a suite, but couldn't make her system produce a key for that, either. 20 minutes later, with us staggering from tiredness, she managed to make the system work. During the night, noise from the air conditioning system work me often - nothing to do about that, since we needed cool airflow. 3 hours later, as we prepared to leave, the sun still down, still exhausted, we discovered we still lacked one wash cloth and towel in the bathroom. This venue just didn't meet our modest, minimum requirements for service and comfort.

Generally, the hotel was fine. In our case, however, the battery apparently went bad in our door's key card lock. We had to keep getting a new card until finally we were completely locked out of our room and trying to get checked out to get to my workshop session. While frustrating, the manager was very kind, and made good.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

There is a huge WalMart about 3 miles south of the motel -- and a Walgreen's about 1 mile south. Not much within walking distance around the motel itself - a Ruby Tuesday's, De Cicci's (italian) and a diner about 2 blocks away.

Adequate

The room was pleasant and staff were very nice. The location was easy to get to and within a short drive to several different dining choices, evening entertainment and necessity shopping. The beds however were not very comfortable. That could have definitely been an improvement.

Nice room for the price

The Baymont was a great price, a nice clean room with comfortable beds. The shuttle was perfect for our early flight, and free. The continental breakfast was a bit sad. The cable did not have the ability to rent a movie and there was no hotel book of basic information in the room. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.
