All staff were great, very helpful. Shuttle bus was a great deal of help. Was able to use it a few times because we had to go back to airport to take the shuttle to get to the car rental. No microwave in the room. No problem, the front desk let us use the microwave in the breakfast room in the wee hours of the night. he continental breakfast was great. A lot of choice, even though it was same food everyday.

Good value
If you need to stay near the airport, this is a good location and great value compared to other hotels in the area. Very nice accommodations and nice staff with the best price. Very clean. Our third time here.

convenient airport location
nice hotel, clean, not far from airport. convenient free shuttle. the only thing I would suggest is to have continental breakfast available for those of us who have to take the 4:20am shuttle to airport. the coffee was ready,but we were told that no food is available until 5am.

Great Stay
Great value. I had a quick overnite for a plane trip - Baymont worked out well, breakfast good with lots of choices, and staff was great. This is my second stay in 2 months, and will stay again.

Just what I needed
I was on a family visit and didn't want my cousin to have to wake up at an ungodly hour to drive me to my 6AM departure. The hotel was just what i needed. The location let us have a final delicious Italian meal across the way. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was accomodating and friendly. Most importantly, I was able to get to the airport on time on the free shuttle.
