BEST WESTERN PLUS Denver Hotel

While in my room taking a shower @ nite getting ready for my B-day Party , HOTEL had a black out (alone) hotel lines down ,got to cell called family for help they called hotell to no avail, all an all hotel told family nothing they could do Rudely,but THANK GOD lights, came back on in an hour or so

I have steen à lot of hotels, i started my trip in san Francisco in à best Western plus with A good experience. There weer not verf responsabele proces hotels available animeren in Denver. Thans wij we picked this One based on THE San Francisco experience. It is so NOT clean! Hairstylist and dit every where in THE hallway. THE breakfast is à dissaster, not being replenished, One toaster for Manu people, no room to sit. Also this hotel does not attractie to friendly people. THE location on an industrial area! One avantgardist close to THE airport and onlu 12 minuten to Down Town Denver. My advice. Do not go heer if you don't need to.

The first room they gave us had a door that was stuck and wouldn't open easily. We got another room. We asked for another package of coffee and never got it. There was also no coffee in our room after housekeeping left. The bathroom is tiny, and the rooms are small, too. It was clean but really just OK for the price.

We stayed here for two days on a business trip. The room was modern and more importantly, clean! If I wanted to nitpick the hotel, I would say that the pillows were too hard, the closet way too small (fine for a 1-2 day stay, 1-2 people), the bathroom fan obnoxiously loud (with no way to turn it off and have only the light on), the flat screen TV was mounted too low (unadjustable) and the channels didn't appear to be in HD, the "free" (included in the price of the room) Wi-Fi was ridiculously slow, the gym equipment was clanky and/or non-functional and finally, access to the hotel is not ideal (We took the shortcut through the parking lot of the La Mariposa restaurant off of E 36th Ave since we never used the entrance off E 38th Ave. I blame my GPS system!). In conclusion, I think this hotel is in a convenient location, the staff was friendly, the room was modern and clean and, the "free" breakfast saved us time. I would stay here again if it was a short stay and the room cost less than the $72/night we paid. The Holiday Inn Denver East just down the street off E 33rd Ave is nicer but it doesn't include a "free" breakfast!

Hotel is close to Denver airport, which is it's best feature. Our stay was very brief, we had to leave before they served the "free" breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel just for a night before an early flight out. It is in a great location - easy to get to from I-70, and the rooms are small but it was perfect for what we needed. It's only a short distance from the airport and it was way less expensive than most of the hotels that were right by the airport. We have stayed at this hotel before and since then it has been renovated and I must say that the renovations are a HUGE improvement over the last time. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room and brand new flat screen TVs. The bed covers looked like something from a high end hotel and really warmed up the room. Even the lobby seemed MUCH better and made me feel much more safe staying there. If you are looking for a place for a short stay I would really recommend this hotel. The rooms are a little small but good for 2 people. The free continental breakfast was good too. They had small pastries and cereal as well as waffles and the small microwave breakfast sandwiches. Great value for the price!

Free shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the zoo (just a couple miles away) made it very worth it for us. Saved a lot on car rental. The airport shuttles run frequently (we didn't even have to wait for one), but the shuttles around town are every 90 minutes or so, so it may not work for everyone. Compared to the downtown hotels, this was not romantic or in a fun location, but free parking, wi-fi, breakfast and shuttles make it a very good value. This was pretty much your average mid-range hotel. Clean and comfortable enough, average free breakfast, close to the interstate in a decent area. Looked like they had tried to remodel/update a bit, so the furniture and carpeting was newer and modern style, but still pretty inexpensive looking. No big deal. Front desk was a mixed bag of characters, as were the guests. But, we didn't hear a lot of outside noise from inside our room so we slept well. Great choice if you are looking to save money/not rent a car. We ate at the family Mexican restaurant next door and it was good--good margaritas and very friendly service.

The Best Western is located right off of I-70 and across the road from a great shopping center complete with dining and fuel. Even more exciting is that it is just two minutes away from Bass Pro Shop, a movie theatre and more great shopping and dining. A definite plus is that the hotel offers a free shuttle service every 90 minutes to downtown Denver- just be sure to schedule a pick-up ride before 9:00 pm! The complimentary breakfast is awesome too, something for every taste.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Shuttle service from Denver to hotel and from hotel to airport available. Free internet use. Great facilities and really good service. We only stayed one night but I would certainly recommend this hotel for it's good value.
