BEST WESTERN PLUS Denver Hotel

I was so impressed with how compassionate your employees were. We were there because our mom was there to have major surgery at Rose medical Center. And your employee were so kind. and were so help and asked if there was anything I needed. They offered to all and any extra services available. I was so grateful. I'm from out of town so that was so nice. That kind of kindness will be remembered for ever. Thank you for having such great employees.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Shuttle service from Denver to hotel and from hotel to airport available. Free internet use. Great facilities and really good service. We only stayed one night but I would certainly recommend this hotel for it's good value.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the meeting I was attending. I had stayed at the Renaissance (the Best Western is next door) two years ago and was familiar with the local amenities across the street - great restaurants and shopping, but wanted a less expensive room cost. The hotel is 17 miles from the airport, but a straight shot and only a 30 minute ride on I-70. Although a shuttle was available, we rented a car. The hotel had been recently remodeled and was in very good condition. The room was clean and the bathroom up-to-date with granite counters and nice tile floors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room cost included a free hot breakfast; free wifi in the room; free business center access (no cost for printing), and on-site laundry room. We had a room on the road (Quebec is a busy street) but did not hear any traffic noise. There were 3 of us in the room, yet only $10 for the two nights was added to our nightly base rate of $82 (making the cost $84.50 per night). The only caveat - if you are driving, know that the exit will put you past the driveway entry to the parking lot. You will either have to take the first side street to the right and circle around, right, right and right again to Quebec or go to the light turn left and then left at the next light and left back onto Quebec. Great breakfast and pool, and easy access to highways and shopping! Also, a very personable staff was very helpful.

Stayed at this hotel just for a night before an early flight out. It is in a great location - easy to get to from I-70, and the rooms are small but it was perfect for what we needed. It's only a short distance from the airport and it was way less expensive than most of the hotels that were right by the airport. We have stayed at this hotel before and since then it has been renovated and I must say that the renovations are a HUGE improvement over the last time. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room and brand new flat screen TVs. The bed covers looked like something from a high end hotel and really warmed up the room. Even the lobby seemed MUCH better and made me feel much more safe staying there. If you are looking for a place for a short stay I would really recommend this hotel. The rooms are a little small but good for 2 people. The free continental breakfast was good too. They had small pastries and cereal as well as waffles and the small microwave breakfast sandwiches. Great value for the price!

CLOSE TO I-70 WHERE YOU HAVE EASY ACCESS TO OTHER FREEWAYS.

Updated, roomy, and very nice decor. A step up from the others. My wife hates staying at motels(you know what I'm talking about), but loved this one. Nice Mexican restaurant next door(staff was great), walking distance. Low prices compared to most, great food and a $2.00 Margarita(not sure if that was a happy hour thing, but a nice surprise)

Hotel itself was well cared for, rooms were clean, and I enjoyed my stay. However, the front desk check in staff were not friendly. I had car problems when I checked in and asked about where to go. Neither clerk could help. All I was told was that there was a computer in their business center and I could look things up. Not being from Colorado, I don't know the areas, and didn't even know where I was. A computer or phone book was not helpful. However, there was a huge mall right across the street that could have accomodated me (and eventually did). My suggestion is that check in staff should know what is around the area of the hotel to accomodate out of state travelers. While the days of concierges are numbered, they are the first contact a guest has and they can make or break a stay. This hotel's front desk help was useless. However, all other staff members I did encounter, dining help, and cleaning staff were wonderful.
